| With the rise of national tide culture,based on traditional culture and integrating modern trend aesthetic illustration,it has brought new ideas for innovative performance of packaging design.Using the subject knowledge of visual communication,explore how to apply Guochao illustration to the iterative upgrade of product packaging.From the perspective of case study,aiming at the problems such as lack of regional cultural characteristics,old pattern and disunity of design style in the packaging design of "Wan Jingxiang" products,this paper puts forward personalized solutions.The purpose of this paper is to improve the overall visual image and cultural connotation of the product packaging of "Wan Jingxiang" and form the packaging characteristics of time-honored specialty brands based on the application of national tide illustration in the product packaging design.This paper analyzes and summarizes the expression forms and characteristics of Guochao illustration by collecting relevant literature and practical cases of Guochao illustration packaging design,specifically discusses the cultural visual presentation and application value of Guochao illustration in packaging design,and provides a theoretical basis for the packaging redesign practice of "Wan Jingxiang" products.Through the investigation of the product packaging status of "Wan Jingxiang",the problems existing in the current packaging design are analyzed,the problem solving ideas are clarified,and the SWOT analysis is used to conduct a comprehensive,systematic and accurate analysis of the packaging design of "Wan Jingxiang" Guochao illustration,and the feasibility and advantages of the application of Guochao illustration in the product packaging design of "Wan Jingxiang" are studied.Then on the basis of SWOT analysis,combined with the brand,product and consumer positioning,to determine the "Wan Jingxiang" product packaging redesign strategy;Finally,by extracting the Luoyang regional cultural elements and combining with the brand vision,the product packaging illustration is conceived and designed.In the packaging design of "Wan Jingxiang" product,elements such as peony,Tang tri-color painting and historic buildings are used as carriers,and the packaging is designed and practiced in the form of national tide illustration,which improves the regionalism,culture and aesthetics of "Wan Jingxiang" product packaging.Make the redesigned "Wan Jingxiang" product packaging to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of consumers.In theory and practice,this paper probes into how the time-honored specialty brand of "Wan Jingxiang" under the background of "national hot tide" makes use of the application of national tide illustration to upgrade the product packaging iteration.The clever application of Guochao illustration in domestic brand packaging design not only enhances the cultural connotation,art and commercial value of domestic brand packaging design,but also gradually forms a packaging design style with Chinese characteristics;It also meets the spiritual and cultural pursuit of consumers in packaging design in the new era,and forms a more effective interconnection between consumers and products.The application of illustration in packaging design creates opportunities for the formation of a virtuous cycle between packaging design and brand sales. |
