In recent years,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,more and more military fields are empowered by artificial intelligence technology.In the field of military reconnaissance,modern military reconnaissance systems can quickly and accurately find and lock on a large number of targets with the help of AI technology,and modern high-resolution military reconnaissance equipment can dynamically reconnoitre the battlefield from multiple perspectives,and the survivability of weapons and equipment in the modern battlefield is greatly challenged.In this context,camouflage assessment technology,as a key technology to improve the survivability of weaponry in the battlefield environment,should be able to assess the camouflage effect of camouflage strategies in the face of modern reconnaissance systems in a three-dimensional,dynamic battlefield environment.In order to make the camouflage technology conform to the modern warfare combat style,this paper applies the digital twin technology and models the 3D,dynamic battlefield environment model with the help of Unity3 D virtual engine as the experimental platform,based on which a new method of camouflage effect assessment in dynamic scenes is explored and constructed,and the new assessment method is used as the design basis to further explore the construction of a new camouflage strategy.The main research contents are:(1)A new method of camouflage dynamic effect assessment based on battlefield environment twinning is proposed.The new method is based on building a 3D battlefield environment digital twin model,obtaining dynamic multi-view effect maps of camouflage targets in the battlefield environment with the help of 3D simulation and computing technology,identifying and analyzing camouflage movement targets in the scene using semantic segmentation model and target tracking model;constructing a new camouflage evaluation index system and a multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation model with multiple reconnaissance views,and realizing the camouflage effect of different camouflage schemes in the given The camouflage dynamic effect evaluation of different camouflage schemes in the given twin battlefield environment is realized.The experiments were conducted with a simulated military truck model as the experimental object,using Unity 3D to model the real battlefield environment,and two contrasting camouflage design schemes were evaluated and analyzed as examples,and the experimental results showed the rationality and practicality of the new method.(2)In the process of constructing the evaluation method,it was found that the more similar the digital camouflage strategy is to the background environment color,the lower the accuracy rate of being recognized by the motion target recognition module when passing through natural occlusion,and the higher the probability of the camouflage target being recognized and classified as natural occlusion.Based on this finding,a new method for adaptive digital camouflage strategy generation is constructed in the second phase of the work.The method is based on the construction of a 3D battlefield environment twin model and uses the battlefield environment information obtained in the twin environment model as the design basis to design and generate an adaptive digital camouflage strategy.The method performs image enhancement and image reduction processing on the acquired environmental information,and generates adaptive digital camouflage patterns based on the environmental information with the help of clustering algorithms and visual imaging principles;and uses natural occlusions in the environment to camouflage and decorate the target objects to generate camouflage design strategies that better fit the real battlefield environment and have a higher success rate of camouflage.Applying the evaluation method constructed in the first stage of the study to conduct comprehensive evaluation of the camouflage strategy,the experimental results show that the camouflage strategy proposed in this paper is highly disruptive and antagonistic to modern military reconnaissance systems,and can provide the target object with a camouflage scheme that maintains high camouflage performance in real warfare,which has strong practical value and strategic significance.In summary,the digital twin technology is used as the basis for innovative research on camouflage technology in combination with modern combat mode from two parts: evaluation and design of military camouflage technology.So that camouflage technology can be better adapted to modern military warfare in order to improve the survivability of our weapons and equipment in the future battlefield.
