Game Analysis Of Hekou Historic Block Conservation And Development From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

The fundamental purpose of the protection and development of historic districts is,on the one hand,to inject vitality into the unattractive old districts as a part of urban renewal to empower development;The need for high-quality development of spiritual construction.However,Due to the varying demintands and conflicting interests of different stakeholders,it proves challenging to effectively coordinate the preservation and advancement of historic blocks,this can easily result in the emergence of negative issues,ultimately impacting the sustainable development of historic blocks.This paper focuses on the Hekou historic block as the primary research subject.and uses the stakeholder theory and evolutionary game theory to discuss the sustainable development strategy under the participation of multiple stakeholders in the protective development of the historic block.Through the analysis of the government,business operators,and residents who have a strong influence in governance among the stakeholders of historical blocks,and based on this,an evolutionary game model among the three parties is constructed,and it is concluded that the protection and development of each subject Based on the balanced results of the strategy selection,and compared with the cases at home and abroad as inspiration,it reveals the internal mechanism of the renewal and governance of historical and cultural blocks.The research shows that the game between the local government and the operators is difficult to achieve local equilibrium and stability under the existing research assumptions,and the equilibrium strategy has no direct relationship with the income of the operators;there are four stable situations of the game between the operators and the residents and the economic benefits are greater than the other ways of benefits,the game evolves to the optimal state participation,protective development mode of historic districts.Finally,combined with the existing predicament,it proposes countermeasures from both the perspective of digital government and problem orientation.It is designed that from the protection and development of the Hekou Historic District,how to implant the logic of interests under the constraints of various realistic conditions,so that the charm of the same type of historical districts can be regenerated and sustainable in modern society.
