Social Housing Sharing Space Under The "Cooperative Living" Model Design Research

In 2021,the State Council will actively promote the policy of "simultaneous renting and purchase" to support the use of collective construction land and build a new living model of rental housing that is more realistic in light of the current social and people’s livelihood needs;Enlarged development will inevitably lead to various new spatial changes,forcing people to change their way of life.According to this,in order to realize the vision of "home ownership",that is,the new influx of people in cities should not only have affordable living space,but also have a high-quality living environment.The exploration of a new model of renting has become a prominent and important research topic in the current society.In the "co-living" model in European and American countries,the core concept is to create a solid social network for non-traditional families(single mothers,DINK couples,etc.),and it is an equal community created and managed by everyone,with its cooperation,interaction and sharing.The performance of the characteristics fits the development trend of the current sharing economy era.At the same time,their model development has a certain theoretical basis and rich practical experience,which is worth learning and learning from.Therefore,the author puts the selected "co-living" model into the shared space of domestic social housing and combines it with the "sharing" characteristics of contemporary development to conduct research on space sharing design.The main content of this article is divided into three parts.First,it is an inductive analysis of the evolution of the shared space of social housing and the needs of the residents;then it introduces the "co-living" model in due course,and grasps three advantages,including community co-construction and management,equality and democracy.At the same time,it conducts a comparative analysis of relevant domestic examples to provide a timely analysis for the introduction of the "co-living" model into China;finally draws out the corresponding strategies and design points and makes practical research.It provides an important reference direction for the renters in the society to have a better renting environment and quality of life in the future.
