| In the background of railroad intelligence and experience economy era,consumers’ consumption behavior and psychology are constantly upgrading,and the future railroad will be a new space to carry experience a better life.China’s intelligent high-speed railway is still in the early stage of development,and the intelligence of riding experience is an important direction of future high-speed railway development.Business seats,as the highest positioned riding option in the high-speed rail system,are the centralized embodiment of the intelligent experience of high-speed rail,will bring richer riding scenarios for passengers.However,the emergence and integration of multiple scenes also leads to a lack of coherence in the intelligent ride experience,resulting in fragmentation between experience scenes.This project focuses on the intelligent ride experience design of high-speed rail business class,to create a Context-based intelligent high-speed rail ride experience for passengers in line with the development trend of intelligent ride experience.In the research of this topic,firstly,the concept of intelligent ride experience is discussed,and the future development direction of scene in intelligent ride experience and the value and trend of scene driven in intelligent ride experience design are further analyzed with cases.Secondly,the current situation and problems of the design of business class of transportation are discussed,and the characteristics and development trend of intelligent ride experience of high-speed rail business class in the future are summarized.Finally,based on the context and experience consistency design theory,the scenario-driven design model of intelligent ride experience of high-speed rail business class is established with the goal of scenario integration by taking the correlation between structured scenarios and user experience elements as a breakthrough.In the user research stage,scene observation,questionnaires and user interviews are used to collect user needs and information in terms of riding habits,riding opinions and expectations of intelligent riding experience.By analyzing the primary and secondary scenarios through two dimensions of frequency and importance,summarizing and concluding the needs according to the primary and secondary scenarios,starting from the user’s objectives,basic information and personality and behavioral characteristics,the target user role portraits of primary,secondary and potential are constructed,so as to build target ride scenarios for different types of passengers.Then,we propose a context-driven intelligent ride experience design strategy for highspeed rail business class from three levels: value,activity and interaction.In terms of continuous satisfaction and unification of users’ value feelings: provide intelligent cabin services to improve cabin service efficiency;provide diversified riding context to expand cabin public activity space;provide passengers with more perfect hygiene and prevention solutions in terms of seat hygiene,space privacy,air purification,etc.;and create a unified impression of the brand in terms of visual design and service experience.In terms of highlighting the personalization and proactivity of cabin service activities: collecting passenger habit information with the help of big data to provide personalized service configuration;connecting external related scenes to provide journey-related information;sensing cabin changes with the help of sensors to adopt a proactive service provision approach.In terms of coordinating the visual perception and interaction between ride scenes and hardware and software facilities: configuring cabin functions according to ride scenes;providing multimodal interaction control;unifying the interaction forms of hardware and software facilities;and unifying the styles of virtual and physical spaces.Finally,according to the design strategy,the intelligent ride experience of high-speed railway business class is designed by taking Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway line as an example,and the design objects mainly include the layout of cabin space,seats and cabin interior,and the design of intelligent interaction interface,and finally the scene driven intelligent ride experience design solution of high-speed railway business class is output,which provides reference and reference for the improvement of intelligent ride experience of highspeed railway in the future. |
