| In the context of the continuous development of technologies related to the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence,as well as the upgrading of consumption and the transformation of household appliances towards intelligence,consumers are increasingly paying attention to the pursuit of quality of life and experience.Intelligent home appliance enterprises need to upgrade their product user experience and innovate their design to meet the opportunities and challenges of the new era.For intelligent air conditioning,the software user interface is a necessary interactive carrier between the intelligent air conditioning cabinet and its supporting APP.The user interface not only brings a multi-dimensional brand new user experience to intelligent air conditioning users,but also provides more design exploration space for enterprises to meet the diverse needs of different users.Although the soft interface design of intelligent air conditioning in China has been applied to some extent,there is still a gap between it and user expectations,and it has not taken into account the diverse and personalized needs of users.This project is based on the COLMO intelligent air conditioning school enterprise cooperation derivative project for innovative design.It mainly focuses on the interactive interface of intelligent air conditioning cabinets,supplemented by the user interface of its supporting smart home APP.Under the theory and perspective of user customization,it proposes a user customization method suitable for the interactive interface of intelligent air conditioning systems.In this context,the current design status and problems of interactive interfaces related to intelligent air conditioning are studied around the user centered design concept.Based on the theory of user customization,combined with the current design status and research conclusions of intelligent air conditioning interactive interfaces,targeted optimization is carried out.Identify three types of users: novice,hybrid,and expert,propose an intelligent air conditioning system interaction interface design strategy that meets the different customized and personalized needs of the three types of users,and conduct feasibility verification of design practice.In the research phase,the first step is to combine user customization theory research with cutting-edge user interface cases related to intelligent air conditioning,and propose a customization mode suitable for the interactive interface of intelligent air conditioning systems.Secondly,through usability testing methods,conduct research on the universality design of intelligent air conditioning interfaces to understand the current usability and user feedback of intelligent air conditioning interfaces.Thirdly,by conducting expert interviews with COLMO planning staff,the types of COLMO target users are determined,and a group of people who meet the characteristics of the target users is searched for one-on-one in-depth user interviews to investigate their frequency of use,views,and perspectives on each customization mode applicable to the intelligent air conditioning interface.The customization modes applicable to the intelligent air conditioning interface are classified and sorted from different dimensions of user needs,and improvements are identified Conceptual and experimental design directions.Fourthly,based on the above analysis,design strategies from the perspective of user customization are proposed,which are divided into three aspects:characteristic content definition,customization and interaction content definition,and universal design definition,to guide subsequent design practices.Among them,the characteristic content is determined to be three different types of scene customization(intelligent generation scene customization,user defined scene customization,and more universal built-in scene settings),as well as active interactive customization of interface adaptive layout;The customization and interaction methods are determined as follows: the air conditioning end is an adaptive interface mainly for display information,and the mobile end is an adaptive interface mainly for functional information;It is determined that the universal design strategy is a zero level architecture layout,interactive feedback of information visualization,and design specifications that are easy to use and beautiful.In the practical stage,the COLMO AirNEXT air host is the main design practice object,and the air conditioning end and mobile end are the two main interface design subjects.From the four levels of functional content,system architecture,layout and interaction methods,and visual style,design practical solutions for intelligent air conditioning system interaction interfaces that meet the personalized and customized needs of novice users,hybrid users,and expert users,and conduct feasibility verification. |
