| The current urbanization development process in China has reached a stage of gradual advancement,with a large number of rural population entering the city.The natural and local lifestyle and cultural concepts have undergone changes,and the urban and rural natural environment on which temple fairs rely has undergone structural changes.Traditional temple market festivals and entertainment activities have been squeezed and eliminated to varying degrees.In the context of cultural heritage protection and urban renewal,the cultural heritage of temple fairs needs to seek new ways to continue.Modern entertainment activities and comfortable public spaces have put forward higher quality requirements for squares that carry temple market activities.The article first introduces the origin of sacrificial activities and the evolution of temple market culture from the initial ritual of offering sacrifices to gods to secular carnival.It is believed that the evolution of public space in temple fairs cannot be separated from the cultural value connotation.From the perspective of human group carnival,it explores the value and significance of current carnival and industrialized temple fairs.Secondly,analyze the spatial composition of the square under the activity space of the temple market,dividing it into courtyard squares with the main ceremony,temple front squares with the main activity,and other related node squares based on the relationship between the temple and public space.Analyzed the performance and entertainment space,commercial functional space,and functional space of the square during the festival period,and analyzed the traditional decoration,natural texture,and the imagery and connotation contained in the square from the perspective of traditional local culture.Summarized the layout relationship between the temple market and the square,and sorted out the spatial functional structure of the temple market square.By analyzing the structure of the square,the renewal mode of the temple market square is proposed from four aspects: performance and entertainment space,commercial function space,leisure facility space,and cultural and artistic space.The basic principles of cultural space design are summarized from the perspectives of tourists’ experience,metaphorical symbols of cultural connotations,and the symbiosis of the square in urban space.Taking Tianshui Fuxi Square and Longcheng Square as examples,we attempt to provide a way to update the square space.Finally,the regeneration strategies of temple fair cultural heritage in public spaces are proposed,which are analyzed based on the landscape regeneration of material cultural heritage and the activity regeneration of intangible cultural heritage.The principles and strategies for temple market square renewal are summarized.Provide a sustainable soil and environment for the landscape and activity spaces of current historical and cultural heritage. |
