Research On Related Design Issues Based On The Protection Of Urban Cultural Heritage

The current concept of urban cultural heritage is different from the physical legacy or intangible cultural heritage in traditional sense.It should be the overall environment constituted by the urban space and a series of current life scenes and cultural activities.Huai'an is one of the important nodes in the cultural chain of the Grand canal.Dutian Temple is one of the core locations of Huai'an historical main city.The history of physical space is left intact,and the development of related historical features have been recorded by different degrees.However,the related regenerationl design research in combination with the protection of urban cultural heritage is slightly insufficient,which is the main starting point of this paper.The author does researches and records on the Dutian Temple block through time and space,material and non-material in-depth,and reveals the practical significance of the Dutian Temple block as a necessary part of the city.At the same time,explore the cultural role assumed by the inner spirit of the place and excavate the inner spirit of the place and the cultural attributes it contains,and to explore the cultural heritage protection of the area through relevant design issues.This paper consists of the following three parts:First,it interprets the historical evolution and realistic predicament of Dutian Temple block,and narrates its traceability and context retention,analyzes the dialectical relationship between its historical changes and the development of the times.The second is to deconstruct the street space and building space of the contemporary Dutian Temple block,to record the physical status of the block in detail,to show its spatial characteristics and life scenes within the cognitive range of the urban cultural heritage system.The third is to explore the related regeneration design issues of Dutian Temple block,compare the retention value and update design considerations of various aspects of the current situation,and explore the relevant design practice exploration that can be carried out under the original intention of urban cultural heritage protection optimization.The author made a detailed investigation and combing of Dutian Temple block,and made his own preliminary understanding and rough suggestions based on the research results and the knowledge acquired,in order to provide a basis for further research by other scholars.
