| The comprehensive renovation in old residential community is an important development countermeasure in the period of urban construction stock,which is of great significance for improving the quality of life of residents and accelerating the transformation of urban development mode.In recent years,Chinese governments have issued a series of documents to accelerate the process of comprehensive renovation of the old residential community.The number and area of comprehensive renovation of old residential community across the country have increased year by year,with remarkable results.However,it is also faced with the problem that the renovation results are difficult to sustain and the phenomenon of frequent backflow.Therefore,we carried out a study on the resurgence risk of comprehensive renovation of old residential community.It is of far-reaching significance for improving the prevention ability of the resurgence risk of the renovation project and promoting the sustainable development of the renovation work.In this paper,the cloud model and social network analysis method are introduced to construct the measurement model of the comprehensive renovation of the old residential community,and the blocking mechanism of the resurgence risk is studied.First of all,it defines the concepts related to the resurgence risk in the comprehensive renovation of the old residential community to determine the research content and scope of this paper;Secondly,through the analysis of PSR model,combined with WSR theory and sustainable development theory,the "P-S-R" measurement framework of resurgence risk is built.In addition,the triple identification of resurgence risk index of policy text,literature research and practice research is combined to establish a PSR model based on the comprehensive reconstruction of old residential area resurgence risk measurement index system.Then,the AHP weighting method and the cloud model were used to construct the risk measurement model of the resurgence,and a community in Fuzhou was taken as the case study object to quantitatively evaluate the risk degree of the resurgence by using the established risk measurement model.Thirdly,using the social network analysis technology,identifing the key risk factors and the key risk conduction path in the risk network,analyzing the risk blocking countermeasures,and use the social network analysis index to test the effect of risk blocking.Finally,taking a community in Fuzhou as the case study object,this paper uses the established risk measurement model to quantitatively assess the degree of the risk of returning tide,and puts forward scientific and effective risk prevention and control countermeasures combined with the analysis results of risk correlation network.This paper applies the risk management theory to the effectiveness management of the renovation of old residential community.By establishing a systematic risk identification,measurement and control system of the renovation of old residential community,it is helpful to strengthen the application of the risk management theory in the management of the renovation project of old residential community,improve the management efficiency of the renovation project of old residential community and the prevention ability of the reclamation risk.And provide reference for the future scientific formulation of the old residential area management strategy to promote the sustainable development of the old residential renovation work. |
