In recent years,the research of intelligent ship has received extensive attention.The intelligent upgrading of ship needs a comprehensive intelligent platform to realize information integration and sharing.There are a large number of inland ships,but the level of informatization and intelligence is low.There are many types of bus protocols and sensing equipment contained in the middle and bottom sensing control network of ships.Therefore,thesis studies a multi network sensor data acquisition method for the running state of inland river ships,and realizes the reliable acquisition and efficient management of multi network sensor data.The main research contents of thesis are as follows:First,analyze the system requirements and design the system hardware and software architecture.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and system requirements of ship multi-sensor network data acquisition system,a multi-layer star network topology is proposed and a software and hardware system scheme for multisensor network data acquisition is constructed.The network architecture can reduce the complexity of sensor data transmission with different protocols and is easy to manage and control data.Secondly,the adaptive queue scheduling algorithm WDRR-A of multi network gateway is designed.The algorithm sends the data packets to the real-time queue or non real-time queue according to the real-time requirements of the data packets arriving at the gateway,and converts the multi protocol data packets into Ethernet frame data field output in an efficient and timely manner.The protocol packet generation module,multi network gateway model and WDRR-A algorithm application model are established based on OPNET Modeler.The simulation experiments under various working conditions verify that WDRR-A algorithm can adaptively deal with the burst conditions of data flow,and has certain flexibility and stability.Third,local end management of Shipborne sensing equipment data.Considering the resource limitation of shipboard data storage,the management system of shipboard data information flow is established by using embedded database SQLite technology,including database based on E-R model,improved index of database based on H-T-tail,external response mechanism and its interface,etc.The database scheme based on SQLite can meet the data characteristics of sensor networks,and is easy to embed and manage.Finally,the prototype system of Shipborne data terminal is built,and the relevant gateway algorithm,data response mechanism and database are transplanted and tested.Further,experiments are carried out on the acquisition,storage and external interface response of ship borne data to verify the feasibility of the system and related acquisition,storage and response algorithms.
