The solar energy as a kind of clean energy,is often used as heat source of hot water in our country.It is used in many places,but it also can be greatly influenced by weather and seasonal factors.In order to make up for the shortcomings,it is necessary to use other heat sources to supplement.And this will make the solar water heater can be used in any weather every day.At the same time,the solar water heater improves the level of energy saving and convenience.In terms of controlling the solar water heater more effectively,it needs to add a system of water heater controller.Presently most of solar water heaters in the market only has a function for the local controlling,lack of remote controlling function.And the means of heating also use the heating rods,it has to modify the present tank.Aiming at such problems,this thesis designs a new type of double heat source of hot water controlling system,which uses smart home technology.This system is based on STM32F103 embedded system,Internet of things technology and cloud server platform technology.The system has the function of control and online monitoring.In order to make the system more suitable for users’ habits,an improved constraint based frequent item set judgment algorithm is adopted.The operation of the system is optimized by self-learning.So as to achieve the purpose of water saving,energy saving and being more comfortable,the main research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the water heater control system is designed based on STM32F103,which has a function of connecting to the Internet.The system is the basic part of the whole system.It includes the power module,core controlling module,sensors module,electromagnetic water valve and so on.It has online monitoring,controlling and other functions,including the operating mode of local manual,automation and intelligence.Secondly,the remote control of water heater is realized through cloud platform and APP on mobile phones,which lays the foundation for remote control.The cloud platform adopts the One Net platform from China Mobile,which is not only the control center of the computer side,but also the bridge between the mobile APP and the local side control.Finally,based on the previous two works,the Apriori data mining algorithm is used to find out the relationship between user’s behavior,operation time and water heater operation.And the relationship was used to optimize the system’s control of water supply and heating time,for the target of temperature control,while reducing the use of gas.After testing,the control system designed in this paper has improved the operation efficiency,and the function of predicting the use time of hot water according to user’ habits can meet people’s demand for hot water at a certain time,while making full use of solar energy has also improved the energy saving effect.
