| Park green space,as a kind of public goods,is an important place for urban residents to carry out outdoor activities,which can meet citizens’ needs for cultural life and play a crucial role in cultivating residents’ healthy lifestyle,improving the ecological environment and enhancing the soft power of urban culture.With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,cities begin to grow in high density,and the natural ecological environment is severely squeezed by the artificial environment.In addition,a large amount of pollution generated in the process of production and living makes the urban environment increasingly deteriorated.Living in such an environment,urban residents suffer from a fast-paced lifestyle,sub-health conditions are common,and the prevalence of chronic diseases is also increasing.Park green space,as a public welfare infrastructure,has limited growth space in the case of dense population growth and shortage of land resources,but its spatial distribution is related to the quality of life of urban residents and the distribution of green ecological resources in the city.However,in the process of urban construction,the spatial distribution of park green space is often unbalanced,and residents’ enjoyment of the park is stratified.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the spatial layout of park green space from the perspective of spatial justice,form a scientific understanding of the spatial layout structure of urban park green space,reasonably improve the quantity and quality of park green space supply,optimize the living environment of residents,and reduce social inequality.Firstly,based on the analysis of the concept,dimension,stage and influencing factors of spatial justice of park green space,the paper systematically combed the research progress at home and abroad.Secondly,a research model for measuring the spatial fairness of park green space is constructed from three aspects:geographical fairness,supply-demand matching and efficiency.Spatial distribution features are used to measure geographical fairness.Kernel density analysis,spatial autocorrelation analysis,Tyson polygon,coefficient of variation and imbalance index are used to analyze spatial distribution features.In this part,gini coefficient,Lorentz curve and location entropy are used to measure the social equity of park green space distribution.The spatial service efficiency of park green space is represented by the accessibility of park green space,and the analytical method is network analysis.Finally,the coupling coordinated development model is introduced to demonstrate whether the distribution of changsha park green space is fair.The results show that:(1)The spatial distribution of park green space in the main urban area of Changsha is not balanced,showing a agglomeration distribution with a large spatial difference.Park green space is mainly concentrated in Furong District,south kaifu District,northwest Yuhua District,Tianxin district,northeast Yuelu district.(2)The spatial distribution of park green space resources in the main urban area of Changsha is unreasonable.(3)The overall accessibility of park green space in changsha’s main urban area is poor,showing that the accessibility of central urban area is high,and the accessibility of peripheral urban area and edge urban area is low.In the main urban area,the coverage rate of 10-minute park is only 9.94%,among which,the coverage rate of most streets within 10 minutes is less than 50%.(4)The coordinated development level of fairness of all streets and parks in the main urban area of Changsha is relatively low,and the average coordinated development degree of the whole is 0.1376,showing imbalance.Among them,the geographical equity of park green space in changsha city is the lowest on the whole,and the balance of supply and demand and accessibility equity are low.Finally in the changsha city park green space fairness measure evaluation results on the basis of systematic,put forward the space under the perspective of justice park green space layout optimization principle,target,at the same time for the cause of the imbalance of different regional imbalance of changsha urban area street,optimization Suggestions respectively,so as to city park green space planning and management to provide scientific support. |
