In the process of urbanization in China,there are problems such as ecological environment being destroyed,lack of public space,and deterioration of the quality of human living environment,etc.The current development method based on rough expansion is difficult to adapt to the current demand for high-quality development.At the same time,the waterfront greenway space also faces the problems of ecological damage and lack of function,and it is difficult to meet the public demand for waterfront greenways.As the current urban construction is more concerned about the improvement of the overall quality of the city,in this regard,the Ministry of Housing and Construction officially proposed the concept of "urban double repair" in 2015,"urban double repair" ecological restoration and functional tangible embodiment of a city’s economic and cultural development,directly affecting people’s impression of the city.Thus,the waterfront greenway is an important guarantee of urban ecological environment,human living environment and humanistic care.Based on this background,this paper takes the concept of "urban double repair" as the foothold,and studies the landscape space of waterfront greenway,and proposes new ideas for the landscape design of waterfront greenway,so as to improve the ecological environment of waterfront greenway and promote the perfection of greenway function.The purpose of this paper is twofold,on the one hand,to investigate the application of the theory of "urban double repair" to the development process of urban waterfront greenway landscape,in order to solve the problems of optimizing ecology and function;on the other hand,to provide systematic theoretical support and scientific guidance methods for the development of urban waterfront greenway landscape optimization strategies,to guide the shaping of urban waterfront greenway landscape from ecological and functional perspectives.The research of this paper is about the landscape design of waterfront greenway under the concept of "urban double repair",through combing the research results of urban waterfront greenway design at home and abroad,looking for new directions of research on urban waterfront greenway theory,and summarizing the experience of past excellent practice cases.It will provide guidance or reference for the design of Sibin Greenway(Bingyue section)in Sijing Tang,Songjiang District,Shanghai.The research methods of this paper are literature review method,case study method,field research method,questionnaire survey,and design practice method.By summarizing the problems of the current waterfront greenway landscape,and by analyzing the application of the case study on ecological restoration and functional repair methods in actual cases,we summarize the design experience of the waterfront greenway landscape in both ecological and functional aspects.Through the field research and questionnaire analysis of the Sibin Greenway(Bingyue section)in Shanghai Sijingtang,we summarize the existing problems in ecology and function,and analyze the residents’ demand for waterfront greenway landscape design.Using the principles and strategies of waterfront greenway landscape design under the concept of "urban double repair",the principles of waterfront greenway landscape design under the concept of "urban double repair" include: systemic principle,ecological priority principle,people-oriented principle,regional principle,accessibility principle The design strategy includes ecological restoration and urban repair;from the landscape ecological restoration and functional repair two main entry points for the Sijingtang Si Bin Greenway(Bingyue section)to carry out a comprehensive and systematic landscape design.The conclusion of this paper is to bring a new restoration strategy to the waterfront greenway space to a large extent in response to the problems brought by urban development.The two aspects of ecological restoration and functional repair of the "urban double repair" concept have an important role in promoting the improvement of urban ecological environment,environmental quality,people’s happiness and sustainable development of cities.The innovation of this thesis is that from the perspective of "urban double repair",the ecological restoration and functional restoration of urban waterfront greenways are organically combined and studied from five levels: spatial,structural,functional,environmental and humanistic.The research results of this project will provide a theoretical and practical basis for the landscape design of urban waterfront greenways in the future and promote urban renewal and renovation.The result of this paper is to summarize the method of landscape design of waterfront greenway,apply the concept of "urban double repair" to the practice of Sijingtang Si Bin greenway(Bingyue section),carry out an in-depth analysis of its current situation,the population,and combine with the characteristics of the site and the problems that exist,put forward the design goals and strategies,so as to explore a The new direction of the waterfront greenway that can meet the needs of society,the public and the economy at multiple levels,and promote the development of urban greenways.
