Research On Landscape Evaluation And Optimization Design Of Rural Leisure Agriculture Based On AVC Theory

In recent years,with the vigorous development of leisure agriculture,the majority of rural areas in China have actively explored resources and vigorously developed tourism,but in general,it shows the trend of "rapid expansion,low development level".Therefore,how to rely on agricultural production,farmers’ life,rural ecology to carry out scientific and reasonable tourism development and construction,how to create a leisure agriculture landscape with attractiveness,vitality and carrying capacity according to local conditions,and how to break through the current bottleneck to achieve high-quality and sustainable development of rural leisure agriculture,have become urgent problems to be solved.Based on the AVC theory,this paper analyzes the constituents of rural leisure agricultural landscape by combining rural tourism construction and leisure agriculture development.The field survey method,Delphi method and hierarchical analysis method are used to study the AVC evaluation system of rural leisure agriculture landscape,in an attempt to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of rural leisure landscape.And taking Chu Yun Hua Xiang in Pukou District of Nanjing as a practical case,the comprehensive evaluation of Chu Yun Hua Xiang leisure agriculture landscape was carried out from attractiveness,vitality and carrying capacity respectively,and the current situation and weak points of the development of the three forces were discussed,and planning enhancement strategies were proposed in a targeted manner,which have certain guiding significance for the high-quality construction and sustainable development of Chuyun Huaxiang.The main findings of the paper are as follows:(1)Through the Delphi method,the opinions of industry experts and scholars and front-line practitioners were collected,including 8 university teachers specializing in landscape gardening,4practitioners from rural cultural tourism companies and 11 graduate scholars specializing in landscape gardening,totaling 23,combined with the hierarchical analysis method to determine the evaluation index weights,to construct a comprehensive evaluation system of rural leisure agriculture landscape AVC,and to establish the ranking of the three force weights,in which attractiveness(A)0.539> carrying capacity(C)0.297> vitality(V)0.164.(2)Detailed analysis of the AVC three force weight values,with the goal of improving the three forces of rural leisure agriculture landscape,and clear focus on improving the landscape attractiveness should be put in the first place,taking into account the carrying capacity and vitality,in order to achieve the synergistic development of the three forces.(3)After several field visits and questionnaire research,combined with the established evaluation system to score the Chuyun Huaxiang,finally concluded that the AVC evaluation of Chu Yun Hua Xiang leisure agriculture landscape is in good standard.The scores of the three AVC forces are: carrying capacity(C)3.94 > attractiveness(A)2.97 > vitality(V)2.65,which shows that the landscape attractiveness and vitality need to be improved,and the carrying capacity still has room for improvement.(4)Through the analysis of the AVC evaluation Chu Yun Hua Xiang leisure agriculture landscape,the shortcomings of the three forces are found,and targeted suggestions are made to improve the Chu Yun Hua Xiang leisure agriculture landscape.Attractiveness: The main objective is to improve the agricultural landscape and agricultural experience,including the landscape expression of agricultural culture,the creation of special theme activities,and the improvement of public participation and interaction,etc.The specific practices are spatial structure adjustment,road traffic planning,architectural style transformation,and the improvement of important nodes.Vitality: Promote economic income and achieve sustainable and healthy development through village industrial structure planning and product enhancement and brand building.Carrying capacity: mainly includes natural ecological environmental protection,improvement of supporting service facilities and landscape maintenance and management to enhance the carrying capacity in three aspects.In theory,this paper further expands the application scope of AVC theory horizontally,explores the connection between it and rural leisure agriculture,and enriches the research of AVC theory system.In practice,the AVC theory is applied to the evaluation and optimization of Chu Yun Hua Xiang leisure agricultural landscape,providing a case reference for the construction of rural leisure agricultural landscape.
