Abstract/Summary:
Innovation is an important driving force for the development of enterprises and a symbol of their vitality.With the increasing number of patent applications and the establishment of patent barriers for competitive enterprises,it is becoming increasingly difficult for enterprises to innovate and design products.Theoretical knowledge and innovative design theories in a single field are no longer sufficient to help technology developers break patent barriers and design high-quality solutions.Traditional patent avoidance design focuses on single patent avoidance design,but cannot rule out the risk of infringing similar patents.The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ)provides various effective tools for solving invention problems,which can effectively help R&D personnel solve invention problems.On the other hand,functional analysis System Technology(FAST)can divide the technical system into multiple functional elements to clarify the functional requirements of the system.This article combines the two and proposes a patent group avoidance innovation design method based on TRIZ and FAST,which can effectively solve product innovation design problems.The main content of the paper is:1.In response to the problems of insufficient theoretical basis and strong subjectivity in traditional target patent selection methods,a method of selecting target patent groups through the combination of technology lifecycle and technology efficacy matrix is proposed.Firstly,use the S-curve and indicator judgment method to analyze the lifecycle of the technical system and determine the current development needs of the technical system.Next,use the technology efficacy matrix to identify technology hotspots and thus determine the target patent group.2.By conducting in-depth analysis of technology hotspots and related components,we can identify the invention problems that technical solutions solve and the commonly used TRIZ principles to solve these problems,clarifying the design direction and providing design ideas for designers.Innovate the design of relevant components based on TRIZ theory,and propose a design solution that meets the needs of technological development and does not infringe on others’ patent rights.3.Use FAST method to draw a functional model of patents in the target patent group,clarify product functional requirements,and based on this,construct a product functional model.Then use the function oriented search to design specific product components,in order to obtain the product design plan.4.Taking the fresh corn threshing machine as an example,this paper verifies the patent group circumvention innovative design system based on TRIZ and FAST.And combine Anticipatory Failure Determination(AFD)to analyze the success and failure scenarios of the design scheme,and determine the possible reasons for the failure scenarios.Use the material field model and 76 standard solutions to solve the corresponding problems,and use finite element analysis to verify the reliability of the cutting tool structure and materials used.
