Since Chongqing successfully opened my country’s first straddle-type monorail traffic line in 2004,the monorail has brought new ideas to urban public transportation with its outstanding advantages such as high passability,zero accident rate,and low cost.Not only can it effectively alleviate traffic congestion during rush hours for urban residents,but also the straddle-type monorail has a low construction cost,which can effectively relieve the economic pressure of public transportation in second-and third-tier cities.straddle-type monorail was introduced into my country late,and there is less technical accumulation in related fields,especially less research on long-span steel truss track beams.Therefore,this paper focuses on Wuhu straddle-type monorail continuous steel truss track beams research.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Taking the large-span steel truss track girder across the Biandan River and Wuxuan Expressway of Wuhu Rail Line No.2 as the engineering background,and referring to relevant design and construction specifications,the structural design parameters of the track girder were selected,The finite element analysis software MIDAS-CIVIL is used to establish the full bridge model,and the main load and additional load borne by the steel truss track girder are analyzed and calculated,and the load combination is applied to the model according to the code.(2)Calculate and check the strength,stiffness and stability of the track beam under various static load combinations.The results show that the strength and stiffness of steel truss track beams are below the safety threshold under different load combinations.Based on the finite element theory of buckling analysis,the stability coefficient of track beam was analyzed under different train conditions,different temperature and wind pressure,and the influence of loading mode,wind load and temperature on the stability of steel truss track beam was studied.(3)Carry out comprehensive performance research of steel truss track beams under different seismic intensities.First,the natural vibration modal analysis of the whole bridge is carried out to obtain the vibration mode diagram and natural vibration frequency of the steel truss track beam.Then,using response spectrum method and time history analysis method,The performance of the whole bridge under different seismic intensities is evaluated,and the stress-displacement data of the key parts of the whole bridge and key components and the time history diagram of the maximum Provide a theoretical basis for the later design of monorail beams.(4)To verify the working ability of long-span continuous steel truss track beams under actual working conditions.Taking 4 CMR/2 trains as the test train,the bridge train passing load test is carried out,and the dynamic response of the bridge when the train passes the bridge is measured,and the data is processed and analyzed.Evaluate the mechanical properties of the track beam during real vehicle operation to ensure the safety and reliability of the track beam.
