Research On Resource-sharing Open Residential Area Design

In recent years,the central government has clearly pointed out that it is necessary to vigorously develop the sharing economy and take the sharing economy as an important measure to adjust the industrial structure and transform the old kinetic energy.As the basic unit of urban composition,the organizational form of settlement is closely related to the development of urban society.This thesis is problem-oriented,studies the theoretical and practical process of the open development of residential areas at home and abroad,combines the five major elements of urban composition proposed by Kevin Lynch,and puts forward suggestions for jointly building open resource shared settlements in view of the disadvantages of traffic congestion,inconvenient travel of residents,weak accessibility,low street activity,and imperfect public service facilities in China’s current closed residential communities.Under the guidance of organic renewal and sharing theory,the influencing factors of open settlements are explored,and the reference basis for the open design and transformation of settlements is provided,so that they can be organically integrated with the city to achieve internal and external sharing.The open settlement of resource sharing will promote the publicization of roads within the city,weaken the sense of settlement boundaries,promote land use,and effectively improve the happiness index of residents,closely linking the relationship between urban people,settlements and the urban environment.Through literature theory analysis,case analysis and inductive summary,this thesis puts forward the design and construction methods and principles of resource-sharing open settlements,discusses the road sharing methods,functional area division,boundary processing,node construction and identification establishment of settlements,summarizes and analyzes resource types and carries out research on specific sharing strategies,so as to provide reference suggestions for the open design and transformation of settlements.Finally,the thesis takes the central garden community of Jimei District of Xiamen City as the design and transformation object,and applies the methods,principles and resource sharing countermeasures discussed in the article,and shows the specific methods of design practice.
