Due to the historical debts of parking facilities construction in the process of urban development,as the number of motor vehicles continues to increase,the contradiction between supply and demand is further aggravated,and the situation of urban parking in China is becoming increasingly severe.In order to alleviate the contradiction of parking and improve the utilization rate of parking resources,residential areas,as a huge potential parking resources,are added to the sharing because of the time complementarity of parking demand with other building types.In order to understand the willingness of residents to share the berth,on the premise of giving priority to the parking demand of owners,implement and promote the sharing of berths in residential areas smoothly,residents' intention to share berths and the open rules of sharing in residential areas have been studied,so as to supplement and enrich the theoretical basis for the formulation of sharing management strategies,further improve and optimize parking management,and improve the utilization rate and turnover rate of existing berths in the city.Firstly,this paper summarizes the forms of berths ownership and management modes in residential areas,puts forward four sharing modes for existing management modes,and discusses the feasibility of implementing berth sharing in residential areas through three levels of policy,theory and technology,which provides theoretical basis for the study of influencing factors of residents' berths sharing willingness and the study of open rules of shared berths.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,the factors affecting the residents' sharing willingness of berths are studied,and the shared willing probability model based on Logistic regression is constructed.The conclusion is drawn that the age,monthly income level,location of residential quarters,parking conditions around residential quarters,punishment mechanism,security and six factors have significant influence on the willingness to share private berths.And the degree of influence of the factors affecting the sharing is: punishment mechanism(2.028)> parking condition around residential area(1.334)>Security(0.987)location of residential area(0.717)> age(-0.411)> monthly income level(-0.353).Then,through the analysis of parking characteristics of residential areas,it is found that there are obvious regularity of parking during working days,no obvious regularity at weekends,and the regularity is more similar on the same days.On the basis of summarizing the parking forecasting methods,according to the parking characteristics of residential areas,the wavelet neural network and exponential smoothing spare berth forecasting models are constructed respectively.Through the comparative analysis of the prediction results,the prediction effect of wavelet neural network is better.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to further optimize the wavelet model.After optimization,the prediction effect of the model is good,and the error indicators are reduced.It shows that PSO optimization improves the prediction accuracy of the model.Finally,the principle of setting up the shared open period of residential berths is put forward: 20% of the spare berths in peak hours is taken as the criterion to measure whether they are open and shared;on this basis,the calculation method of the open number of shared berths and the maximum parking time is designed.Through the analysis of the main subject and mode of berth sharing management,the general steps of berth sharing implementation in residential areas with strong applicability are put forward.On the basis of the study of residents' willingness to share berths and open rules,pertinent management and promotion strategies of residential berth sharing is put forward.An analysis of berth sharing scheme in a residential area is also made.
