Research On Landscape Design Of Minnan Historic District Based On Self-organization Theory

Historic blocks,which have engraved the historical mark of the city,are the important carrier of the city culture and are of great significance to the protection of the city’s locality.In the protection and renewal process of historical district,the phenomenon of stylization and homogenization is common,violates its own development law,and loses its unique cultural characteristics.How to fully excavate the regional cultural characteristics of urban historic blocks,achieve orderly evolution,and make them glow with new brilliance in the contemporary social context is an important issue for contemporary designers to consider.Based on the problems faced by historical blocks and their landscapes,this thesis explores the design ideas and methods in the process of modernization with the combination of self-organization theory,aiming at improving the landscape quality of historic blocks.While inheriting Minnan culture,it also stimulates the inner vitality of the block and provides case reference and theoretical support for the sustainable development of the historic block.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the relevant elements of the landscape of southern Fujian historic district and the concept of self-organization theory,and expounds that the self-organization theory can reveal the law of system evolution,and is the adaptive theory of the development of historic district.Secondly,from the perspective of self-organization theory,it analyzes the evolution of scale,spatial structure and architectural style of historic district in southern Fujian,discusses the characteristics and mechanism of self-organization evolution of historic district,and the feasibility of its involvement in landscape renewal of historic district in southern Fujian.Then,on the basis of the existing problems in the landscape of southern Fujian historic district,combined with its self-organizing dynamic mechanism and design principles,a self-organizing design strategy following the spatial texture and historical context of southern Fujian was proposed.Finally,combined with the landscape design case of Jimei Dashe historic district,the design method and evolutionary mechanism of self-organizing landscape renewal of historic district are illustrated from the aspects of internal and external linkage of space,optimization of road system,activation of core space,overall improvement of architectural system,and inheritance of history and culture.The author points out that the self-organized renewal and orderly development of historic blocks are important ways to stimulate the vitality of the system,so as to activate the material environment of traditional historic blocks,stimulate the exchange of energy flow in the environment,and drive the coordinated development of politics,economy,society and culture of historic blocks.
