| With the development of photovoltaic power generation technology,photovoltaic modules are becoming more and more popular.However,PV modules are affected by dust and other pollutants during operation,resulting in lower power generation efficiency.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study an intelligent cleaning device for PV modules.In this paper,a new type of intelligent cleaning device for PV modules is designed for the problems of high cost of manual cleaning and general cleaning efficiency.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The overall scheme of the PV module intelligent cleaning device is determined.According to the demand of cleaning operation,the PV intelligent cleaning device adopts the high-pressure water jet cleaning of the mechanical arm carrying the cleaning device;the wheeled chassis with pure electric drive,the controller of the same factory,the rubber tires adjusted by size,and the Mac Pherson suspension structure are selected as the walking system.And the overall structure of the PV module intelligent cleaning device is designed.(2)Design of key components of the PV module intelligent cleaning device and modeling of the whole machine.According to the design scheme of the overall structure,the model of the mechanical arm is selected and the main structure of the chassis and frame is designed.The structural parameters of the robot arm,chassis and frame are designed respectively,and the calculation,selection and verification of the important components are carried out.The selected model and the obtained structural parameters were used to model the key components in 3D and assemble the whole machine by Solid Works software.The rationality of the device design was verified.(3)The control system design of PV module intelligent cleaning device.The selection of the hardware part of the control system is discussed,and the main control chip is determined as STM32F407IGT6,etc.and the overall composition of the control circuit and the core board circuit are shown.The other circuit parts are explained.The software part of the control system is designed using Keil software,and the control program is obtained and its control flow is described.(4)in the outdoor environment of the photovoltaic module intelligent cleaning device for the actual machine installation and related performance tests,to travel speed,cleaning performance,navigation effect and standby time as evaluation indicators,the test data analysis,the results show that the machine works at an average speed of 5km / h;average cleaning time of 317s;continuous operation timeā„8h;navigation effect to meet the needs of the navigation function The feasibility of the PV module intelligent cleaning device for PV module cleaning is verified.The intelligent PV module cleaning device designed in this paper can intelligently reach the designated location and complete the cleaning of PV modules,which greatly reduces the human cost and improves the cleaning efficiency;it is driven by pure electricity and is clean and pollution-free. |
