Driven by "One Belt,One Road",the number of major infrastructure construction projects in China continues to grow,the influence of China’s construction units in the country is increasing day by day,the formation of a multi-level joint business model has become an inevitable trend in the development of China’s construction units.However,at present,the financial management mode of most of China’s construction enterprises is still at a low level,which has become a bottleneck restricting their development.Since 1990,China’s information technology industry has seen rapid growth,and leading companies have embraced the contemporary trend of adopting innovative financial management methods to establish financial shared service centers.In foreign countries,financial shared services have been developed for more than thirty years and are used by many multinational companies.However,China’s financial shared service centers are still in the early stage of their beginnings.The traditional way of operating a construction enterprise is a traditional business model with low efficiency and wasted resources.By setting up a financial shared service center in a construction company to achieve effective integration of the company’s internal resources,operating expenses can be effectively reduced.This means that the current development challenges faced by construction companies can be effectively solved.Therefore,it makes sense to introduce a financial shared service center project to construction companies.If construction companies want to adapt to the requirements of high-speed development,they need to start from the inside and make a comprehensive transformation to improve their own strength.When construction engineering groups set up financial shared service platforms,they are bound to encounter many problems that must be comprehensively studied and dealt with.This paper discusses this in depth and puts forward corresponding countermeasure suggestions.Based on A construction group’s construction of a financial shared service platform,this paper clarifies the possibility and necessity of establishing a financial shared service platform by collecting and analyzing the development history of domestic and foreign scholars on financial shared service centers and related theories and methods,and at the same time,provides a detailed introduction to the establishment of a financial shared service platform based on the characteristics of China’s construction industry.Secondly,taking A construction group enterprise as a case,the business process of the financial shared service center is redesigned,and various aspects such as expense reimbursement,material procurement,invoicing and collection are elaborated,and the problems that may arise in the construction are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are given to provide reference for companies interested in building a financial shared service center.At the end of the article,the author believes that the construction of the financial shared service center still needs to be continuously improved and refined to meet the development and needs of the company.The construction of a financial shared service center must be carried out from multiple perspectives,including business process reform,system resource improvement,service quality improvement,and user experience improvement.Under the continuous development of financial shared service center,the construction industry is gradually transforming and upgrading in the direction of "intelligent construction" and "intelligent operation and maintenance".Therefore,automation and intelligence are the future development trend of the construction industry.With the continuous development and application of cloud computing technology,artificial intelligence technology will gradually penetrate into the production process of the construction industry,and the construction industry will also enter the digital era.
