| With the rapid development of our economy,the adjustment and transformation of industrial structure and the remarkable improvement of economic strength,the speed of urbanization construction has been accelerated,and the available land of urban construction has been reduced day by day.Under the influence of this situation,the reconstruction and reuse of existing idle and abandoned areas in cities and surrounding areas has become a method of rational resource planning.How to make good use of these resources has become an issue that we need to pay attention to at present.The abandoned site in the urban space occupies an important geographical location of the city and is unmanaged all year long,which has a serious impact on the unobstructed urban traffic,the comfort of residents and the overall ecological environment of the city.Therefore,it is extremely important to carry out reasonable design and transformation on it.Due to the development of the city,the southward movement of the political and economic center,and the limitations of the building itself,Chuxian Station,the only station between Nanjing and Bengbu on the Jinpu Railway,was abandoned.In the context of Chuzhou government’s efforts to build historical and cultural old streets and reconstruction and protection of historical and cultural sites,in line with the enthusiasm for the reconstruction and reuse of abandoned sites,and the protection of local traditional transportation industry sites and historical and cultural heritage,research and analysis on the current situation of their location began.In the research process,the first chapter takes the influence of abandoned railway station area on urban development as the research background,through the research and analysis of the relevant literature and current situation of the design and reconstruction of abandoned railway area at home and abroad,expounds the purpose and significance of the design and reconstruction of abandoned railway station area.In the second chapter,related concepts of abandoned railway areas are sorted out,and the theory of modern landscape design is taken as the basis for the design and renovation.The third chapter analyzes and inspects the relevant cases of the reconstruction of abandoned railway at home and abroad,studies the relevant concepts and development modes of the reconstruction of abandoned railway at home and abroad,the technical means used in the reconstruction,the design style concept and the outstanding points in the case,and makes a summary,which will accumulate rich experience foundation for the design practice in the future.In Chapter four,through the investigation and investigation of the status quo of abandoned railway area in the old city of Chuzhou City,the status quo of the site and the surrounding environment are analyzed,and the incentives for the design and renovation of abandoned railway station area are summarized.From the fifth chapter,it puts forward the function orientation and preliminary design scheme of the design transformation scheme.It is hoped to realize the regeneration value of the abandoned railway area in the aspects of ecological environment,function and historical culture inheritance.Finally,Chapter 6 illustrates the main research results and design innovations of this paper.This paper uses a variety of research methods,such as literature research,field investigation,comparative analysis,integration and induction.The research direction of this topic is in line with the contemporary concept of sustainable development.Through the study of abandoned railway area in the old city of Chuzhou City,theories and methods for the design and reconstruction of abandoned railway area in urban landscape design and reconstruction are explored,providing more reference cases and possibilities for future urban landscape reconstruction schemes. |
