Energy is the foundation of the existence and development of human society.With the development and progress of the times,the traditional fossil energy is increasingly scarce,renewable energy has become a new trend of development of countries around the world.As one of the renewable energy,solar energy is inexhaustible and has great potential to be exploited,which leads to the rapid development of photovoltaic industry.After years of development,the photovoltaic power generation technology is becoming more and more mature and widely used,the photovoltaic industry into a high-speed development period.The photovoltaic industry has entered a new period of rapid development.In recent years,China has continued to promote a series of policies such as "energy conservation and emission reduction",put forward the implementation goals of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral" in combination with the new situation of international environmental protection,and formulated the implementation road map,aiming at further improving the living environment of residents.At present,the global environment continues to improve,and the application of renewable energy in China is further promoted,which forces electric energy to find new breakthroughs.In addition,the outbreak of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine,dramatic changes in the structure of international energy demand,continued decline in domestic subsidies for new energy,and the introduction of 20 and 10 new measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 have had a great impact on the development of the photovoltaic industry.L Photovoltaic Company is the world’s largest manufacturer of monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic products,located in Xi’an,and is a leading enterprise in the development of China’s photovoltaic industry.At present,it has developed into a multi-industry chain company integrating monocrystalline silicon production and photovoltaic power station construction.Taking L PV Company as the research object,combining with the development background of China’s PV industry,aiming at the main situation of the current global and domestic PV industry development environment and the development characteristics of the PV industry,this paper applies a series of development strategy theories,analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of L PV Company,and combines its own advantages and disadvantages,puts forward specific development objectives and strategic objectives,with a view to further promoting the development of L PV Company,Provide a model for the national new energy construction and the development of relevant enterprises.The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The external environment matrix analysis shows that the external opportunity score is 2.10 and the internal external threat score is 1.34.Therefore,the external opportunity is more attractive than the external threat;(2)From the results of the matrix analysis of the internal environment,it can be seen that L PV company urgently needs to carry out the necessary integration of the internal conditions,exert its own advantages through strategic means,and improve its own shortcomings and weaknesses,in order to obtain the required competitive advantage in the competition;(3)According to the strategic alternatives,it is suggested that L PV Company select SO strategic mode for its overall strategy,use its outstanding advantages in technology,market reputation,human resources,etc.,speed up its own technological innovation,attach great importance to cost issues,and achieve the goal of sustainable development;(4)From the perspective of the current development environment of photovoltaic industry,L photovoltaic company needs to further strengthen technology research and development,reduce product costs,so as to expand production capacity,further enhance the core competitiveness of the market,and the cost leadership strategy is more feasible.
