Due to the emergence of soil erosion,vehicle-mounted weighting and other related problems,road engineering construction becomes more and more severe,and the quality of pile foundation technology in road construction directly affects the speed and quality of engineering construction,so it has important research value and significance for improving the stability of pile foundation.In this paper,the application of high-voltage pulse discharge technology in pile expansion of military airport runway will be deeply explored,mainly from the technical principle,circuit design,structure design and parameter setting of various influencing factors,etc.,and the development of pile expansion equipment will be completed,and the feasibility of pile expansion of airport runway by high-voltage pulse discharge will be preliminarily tested through simulation and experiment.Based on the principle of high voltage pulse discharge pile expanding technology,the circuit composition and structure of its pile expanding equipment are analyzed and designed.The equipment circuit mainly includes two parts: high voltage pulse charging power supply and inductive bipolar four-stage Marx generator.Among them,the high-voltage pulse charging power supply is mainly composed of a single-phase voltage regulator,an AC ignition transformer and a five-voltage rectification circuit,which is used to convert 220 V AC into s Tablehigh-voltage DC.The circuit of bipolar four-stage Marx generator is mainly composed of high-voltage energy storage capacitor and inductor,and its function is to generate pulse breakdown voltage through its charging and discharging circuits to act on the target material.In this paper,Altium Designer software is used to design the circuit schematic diagram,and the simulation test by NI Multisim software verifies that the circuit meets the design requirements of high-voltage pulse discharge pile expanding equipment.The structural design of high-voltage pulse charging power supply,high-voltage energy storage capacitor,gas switch,high-voltage wire,inductor,discharge cavity and external electrode head is completed by SOLIDWORKS,CAD and other mechanical modeling and drawing software.Through CST software,the influencing factors such as electrode shape,electrode spacing,insulating liquid and working voltage under different parameters of the equipment are simulated,and the obtained data and cloud images are compared and analyzed to determine the best variable parameters of each influencing factor in the equipment test.Combined with this parameter condition and pile foundation design,the model of expanded pile is established and the simulation test is completed.Through the simulation of HV-LAB software,the generation process and energy change of plasma channel in concrete under the action of high voltage pulse discharge can be directly displayed.According to the requirements of airport runway,the design of pile foundation and concrete mix ratio is completed,and the selected influencing factors parameters and crushing effect are verified by high-voltage pulse discharge crushing concrete test,which provides reference for the practical application of high-voltage pulse discharge pile expansion in pavement construction and other projects in the future.
