| In order to test the anti-high overload ability of ammunition and built-in highprecision devices,it is necessary to design a high overload experimental device to simulate the high overload environment,which requires the recovery of the launched projectile and the device can be reused.Taking the guided projectile as the research object,this paper studies the design of the high overload experimental gun system and the recovery of the magazine.The main work is as follows:(1)The overall scheme of the high overload experimental gun is established,and the system composition and the function of each part of the experimental gun are defined.The recovery system of the test bomb is designed,and the foam aluminum and magnesium foam are selected as buffer materials,and the recovery scheme is determined.(2)The structure of the magazine is designed,and with reference to the connection mode between the trains,the cartridge and the buffer are collided with the coupler device.According to the given technical index,the interior ballistic scheme is designed when the initial velocity of the magazine is 800 m/ s,600 m/ s respectively,and the program is verified by MATLAB software.The key components of the experimental gun,such as barrel and tail latch,are designed,and the firing process of the experimental gun is analyzed.(3)The mechanical characteristics of the elastic cement buffer are analyzed.Taking the magazine with an initial speed of 800 m/ s as an example,the main parts of the buffer,such as piston rod,piston,cylinder block and cylinder head,are designed,and the type of cement material is selected.the structural parameters and characteristic parameters of the buffer are obtained.In order to verify the rationality of the buffer structure,the simulation model of the buffer is built in the simulation software AMEsim,and the parameters are set for simulation calculation.The calculation results show that the structure of the buffer is reasonable,and the cartridge can be recovered without damage in the buffer stroke.The buffer structure is further optimized,and finally the overall structure of the buffer is determined.In this paper,through the above research and analysis,a set of high overload experimental gun system is designed.through the calculation and simulation analysis of the corresponding parts,it can be concluded that the experimental gun can meet the launch requirements,and can recover the experimental magazine without damage within a certain distance. |
