| With the continuous development of digital manufacturing design technology and adapting to the process of intelligent manufacturing in China,higher requirements are also put forward for the manufacturing technology of traditional military manufacturing enterprises.The CAPP system of 2D CAD is still inadequate in terms of accuracy and visualization degree of process preparation,and the realization of 3D CAPP technology has become one of the urgent problems for military manufacturing enterprises.This paper proposes a design scheme for the overall design framework of the 3D CAPP system and the functional modules of the process design system.The process design,the implementation of visualization technology and the assembly process of the3 D CAPP system are analyzed,and the study of this 3D CAPP system is realized by presenting the visualization of the processing and assembly process,so that it can realize the preparation of the 3D visualization process for artillery,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the process preparation of the process personnel in the processing and assembly process.The main research contents are: to propose a general research and design plan of3 D CAPP system according to the gun barrel,to introduce in detail the integration and each functional module of 3D CAPP system;to realize 3D visualization process design of gun barrel tube based on multi-information model;to carry out secondary development of KMCAPP and Creo,to complete the management development of 3D CAPP system,model processing feature pick up,3D CAPP system design and various functional modules,and the visualization assembly system of the gun breech model,so as to realize the visualization of the gun from processing to assembly process;based on the 3D multi-information MBD model to realize the identification and picking up of the processing features of the model,through the process generation system,to complete the visualization output of the process and the automatic generation output of the visualization assembly model.This paper finally completes the visual verification of the machining and assembly process of the gun barrel,which proves the effectiveness and accuracy of the system. |
