| In recent years,short-distance rural tourism is gradually heating up,and leisure farms are rapidly developing with their unique idyllic scenery and rich experience activities. As an important part of the landscape of leisure farms, plants carry ecological, cultural, educational and economic values, but at present, there are few studies on the plant landscape of leisure farms. Therefore, research based on the creation of plant landscape in leisure farms needs urgent attention and development. This paper takes 11 leisure farms in Nanchang as the research objects, analyzes the current situation of plant landscape of each farm through field research;and combines questionnaire survey method and hierarchical analysis method to construct a plant landscape evaluation model of Nanchang leisure farms, and obtains the systematic evaluation results of plant landscape quality of each leisure farm.On this basis, the suggestions for optimization and transformation of the plant landscape of Nanchang City Leisure Farm were proposed in a targeted manner. The main research findings are as follows:(1)There are a total of 263 species of plants of 206 genera in 91 families in the 11 leisure farms investigated, including 189 species of 148 genera in 77 families of garden ornamental plants, mainly in the Rosaceae,Aceraceae, and Asteraceae families. The most frequently used plants are Osmanthus fragrans,Cinnamomum camphora,Cycas revoluta,Camellia japonica,Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum, and Photinia × fraseri, etc. The dominant species of each farm has certain differences;there are 74 species of crops in 60 genera in 30 families, mainly in the Rosaceae,Cucurbitaceae, and Rutaceae families. The most frequently used crops include Citrus reticulata,Eriobotrya japonica,Capsicum annuum,Myrica rubra,Citrus maxima, and Vitis vinifera, etc. Most of the dominant species in each farm are fruit trees, with citrus and grapefruit being the majority.Among them, there is not much difference in the proportion of each local native tree species, which are above 80%.By applying different plant configuration methods and landscape space forms, each farmstead has formed a rich plant landscape.(2)According to the results of the questionnaire survey on tourists’ satisfaction and demand, tourists are not highly satisfied with the leisure farms in Nanchang, especially in the general situation of greening, the regional cultural characteristics of plants and the folk customs of farms. In terms of demand, tourists prefer flower-and fruit-viewing ornamental plants, and prefer crops mainly fruit trees, vegetables and medicinal crops, and they think that the creation of autumn landscape and winter landscape needs to be strengthened in the creation of plant landscape in leisure farms.(3)The hierarchical analysis method was used to construct the evaluation model of plant landscape of Nanchang leisure farms, including three criterion layers of ecological function, aesthetic function and service function and 12 evaluation factors. The evaluation results show that among the 11 leisure farms surveyed,Phoenix Gully,Zhongsheng Mountain Villa,Guohong Ecological Park,Odd Rock Ridge Ecological Park,Green Capital Ecological Valley,Firan Ecological Park plant landscape level is under Ⅱ good level;Phoenix Mountain Villa,Lugang Mountain House Field Farm,Purple Garden Villa,Cloud Water Ecological Park,Bay Farm plant landscape level is under Ⅲ general level.(4)Based on the results of field survey and plant landscape evaluation,it is found that the plant landscape of Nanchang City Leisure Farm has problems such as disorganized plant layout, lack of reasonable configuration of crops and ornamental plants, and low development of plant industrialization. With the principles of local suitability, native, diversity, experience and economy as plant landscape design,we recommend suitable plants for leisure farms and propose optimization strategies for optimizing plant landscape configuration patterns in different functional areas, strengthening plant landscape recreation functions, promoting the development process of plant industrialization and carrying out scientific maintenance and management. |
