Research On The Application Of Critical Path Method In Schedule Management Of Rural Small-Scale Housing Construction Programme

In recent years,with the rapid development of the engineering construction industry,the continuous expansion of the construction scale,and the national promotion of general contracting and whole process consulting construction mode,many construction projects often appear in the form of Programme.Meanwhile,under the background of the national political strategy on poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,rural small-scale housing construction Programme gradually have the potential of market development.However,due to the characteristics of rural small-scale housing construction Programme,including many points,such as many sub-projects,many participating units,large management radius,difficult coordination,and complex information interaction,the project management units often face problems such as overdue construction period and over-cost.Therefore,how to carry out the schedule management of rural small-scale housing construction Programme has become an urgent problem and an important research direction to be solved in the smooth construction of the project group.The paper is guided by the application of the CPM.First of all,identified and analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of rural small-scale housing construction Programme.Subsequently,used AHP to determine the implementation priority of each sub-projects,and estimated the construction period by three-time estimation method,and compiled the network plan.Then,the progress control process was studied from the perspectives of dynamic monitoring,comparative analysis,and control and adjustment.Finally,taking the general contracting Programme in Shidian County,Baoshan City,Yunnan Prov.China as an example,applied the CPM to prepare the progress plan,and carry out the progress process control based on the key path,so as to finally promote the realization of the construction period target.Through the research of the paper,it is concluded that the rural small-scale housing construction Programme should pay attention to scientific decomposition of the work structure,determine the implementation priority of each sub-item before making the schedule plan,and focus on the key adverse factors affecting the key work in schedule management.It points out the advantages of the critical path method in schedule management of the rural small-scale housing construction Programme.The paper shows how the rural small-scale housing construction Programme applies the CPM to carry out the schedule management and effectively promote the construction period target of the Programme,for similar projects in the future schedule management provide practical reference and guidance.
