| This paper,adhering to the new concept of green development and pursuing multiple benefits such as environmental protection and waste recycling,has obtained three kinds of low-cost asphalt road using green materials through a large number of experimental research and development,the main research contents and experimental conclusions are as follows:1 、 To solving these problems such as environmental pollution caused by a large amount of waste asphalt mixture and waste one-off lunch box being uncollected,etc.In the third chapter,the low-cost,environment-friendly and high-efficiency aged asphalt reclaiming agent was prepared with waste vegetable oil(waste oil)and waste disposable lunch box as main raw materials,the waste asphalt mixture is reduced and regenerated to achieve the goal of waste recycling and resource saving.The experimental results show that it can recovered the penetration,softening point and low temperature ductility of aged asphalt best by using the regenerator containing 14% waste disposable lunch box at 4%content,which is close to the level of base asphalt The thermal stability,thermal oxidation resistance and hydrophobicity of the regenerated asphalt are better than those of the base asphalt.The aged asphalt reclaiming agent developed in the experiment can effectively solve the environmental pollution problem caused by the waste disposable lunch box because of its high utilization rate to the waste disposable lunch box which has not been recovered by anyone,at the same time,the waste asphalt mixture and other resources recovery and reuse.2、In order to solve the problems of the ice and snow on the road surface in winter,and the side effects of the traditional salt-storing materials on the asphalt pavement,in chapter 4,a new kind of filling material for snow-melting,ice-inhibiting and salt-storing is developed.The snow-melting and ice-inhibiting material is a low-cost,easy-to-obtain zeolite material with large specific surface area as a carrier,and the composite salt compound is loaded onto the carrier by a wet process,then it was prepared by surface grafting modification and coating treatment.The results show that sodium chloride is 9times of calcium chloride,the ratio of carrier is 44%,and the ratio of surface modifier is6%,the material has better slow-release performance,snow-melting and anti-freezing ice properties and performance-price ratio.The test results show that the composite salt storage material is superior to the common salt storage material in storage stability,ice-melting ability and slow-release performance.3、In order to solve the problems of snow-melting and anti-freezing ice in winter on paved asphalt roads,and at the same time to deal with the road surface diseases harmlessly and improve the road performance,in Chapter 5 of this paper,a multi-functional coating type of asphalt snow-melting and anti-freezing ice agent has been developed.In the experiment,AH-70 base asphalt was used as the main component,and a composite emulsifying system was composed of slow-cracking MK emulsifier,cationic emulsifier1631 and nonionic emulsifier OP-10,taking SBR polymer binder and self-made aged asphalt reductant as multifunctional improver,hydrochloric acid as p H regulator,a multifunctional asphalt emulsion with high solid content,high stability and fast surface drying was prepared by conditional experiments,and sodium sulfate and calcium acetate were used as salt storage materials,and self-made coating agent A and coating agent B were used as coating materials,a salt coating material for snow melting and anti-freezing ice was prepared.The results show that:(1)multi-function asphalt emulsion solution can fill micro-cracks in asphalt pavement,delay the speed and depth of crack development,and prevent more serious diseases in pavement;It is suitable for the daily maintenance of asphalt pavement.(2)the composite coating material has good effect of melting snow and anti-freezing ice in the winter rain and snow weather.(3)the composite coating material can delay the photooxidation aging of asphalt pavement,therefore,the damage caused by pavement aging can be delayed and the service life of asphalt pavement can be extended. |
