| Snow and ice on the road seriously affect the safety of road traffic.The traditional snow and ice removal methods are mainly manual and mechanical methods,which are inefficient and can cause road damage.At present,some new de-icing technologies have been developed and applied.Among them,salt storage anti-freezing technology has high de-icing efficiency,simple principle and easy operation,which has important research significance.However,the current research and application are mainly aimed at asphalt surface.When anti-freezing materials are added to the thick surface,the road performance and anti-icing performance are not ideal,and they are not suitable for road maintenance and repair.Based on this,modified asphalt with excellent performance was prepared.Combined with anti-freezing materials and pavement maintenance technology,ultra-thin wear layer materials with anti-freezing agents were prepared.Firstly,rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt was prepared by using matrix asphalt,rubber powder,SBS modifier and compatibilizer as raw materials.After the dosage range of each raw material was preliminarily determined,the composite modified asphalts with different material dosages were prepared and their three major indexes,elastic recovery and Brinell viscosity were tested.The results show that rubber powder and SBS modifier can improve the high and low temperature performance and elastic recovery of asphalt.When rubber powder:SBS modifier:compatibilizer=16%:2%:2%,the comprehensive performance of asphalt is better.Secondly,the rheological properties of composite modified asphalt,the influence of anti-freezing agent on asphalt performance,and the rheological properties of composite modified asphalt mortar were analyzed,and the microstructure of composite modified asphalt and mortar was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the composite modified asphalt has good rheological properties;when asphalt is immersed in high concentration anti-freezing agent solution for a long time,it will have slight salt erosion,while the composite modified asphalt is least affected.Mineral powder and anti-freezing agent can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt mortar,but have adverse effects on low temperature performance;rubber powder and SBS are mainly physical modification of asphalt,and mineral powder and anti-freezing agent in asphalt mortar are mainly physical blending with asphalt.Again,the composite modified anti-icing ultra-thin abrasive layer mix was prepared and its road performance was analyzed.In this paper,SMA-10 gradation type was used to determine the best oil to stone ratio of 6.4%.Through the road performance test,it was found that the composite modified anti-icing ultra-thin abrasive layer mix has good road performance,the incorporation of anti-icing filler will improve the high temperature performance and anti-slip performance of the mix,but has a negative impact on the low temperature performance and water stability performance.Finally,ice melting test,anti-icing test and dissolution test were carried out on the ultra-thin wearing course material of composite modified asphalt with anti-icing agent.The results show that the ultra-thin wear layer can effectively melt snow and suppress ice,and still has anti-freezing performance at-10 ℃.The dissolution test shows that it has a certain sustained release performance and can prolong the action life of anti-freezing ice. |
