As permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of high efficiency,low loss and great overload performance.It has brought the rise of the motor market and the growth of modern drive applications(such as smart home appliances,electric vehicles,etc.)in recent years.As a classical multi-parameter nonlinear coupling system,it is of great significance to select a good control strategy to improve the quality of PMSM system.Sliding mode control is widely used in the control of PMSM system because of its advantages of insensitive parameter disturbance and fast response speed.In this thesis,the PMSM system is taken as the controlled object.According to the operation principle of PMSM,the mathematical model of PMSM based on dq rotating coordinate system is established.The double closed-loop control system based on sliding mode variable structure control is designed by combining the nominal term and the disturbance term.Firstly,the traditional sliding mode control algorithm and extreme learning machine(ELM)control algorithm are designed in this thesis.The expressions of each controller are obtained through rigorous mathematical derivation,and the stability of the system is proved.After analyzing the shortcomings of the two algorithms,a new extreme learning machine adaptive integral terminal sliding mode controller based on barrier function is proposed.Based on the powerful fitting of the extreme learning machine,a fault-tolerant adaptive law based on barrier function is introduced to obtain more accurate and efficient disturbance compensation.MATLAB simulation software is selected to verify the response effect and antidisturbance ability of each controller.It is proved that the new sliding mode controller designed in this thesis has better control quality for PMSM system in dynamic and steady state response.PSIM software is selected as the measured software platform to build the main circuit of PMSM.The PID controller is used as the control group to simulate the three controller circuits designed in this thesis,and the DSP chip is used to verify the PMSM system.The measured data show that the new controller designed in this paper is obviously superior to the other three controllers in response speed and anti-disturbance ability,which verifies that the new controller has great advantages in control performance.
