Precise control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (Permanent magnet synchronous motor, PMSM) requires rotor position information, but the volume of the device, the shaft inertia and the overall cost will be because of the speed sensor applications has increased to a large extent, affect the system dynamic and static characteristics, reduce system robustness, constraints permanent magnet synchronous motor applications. Speed and rotor position angle can theoretically motor voltage and current through the motor calculated in real time, therefore, the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed sensorless control has become a hot research field of motor control problems today.This study is to establish the basis of synchronous motor vector control system of permanent magnet in the rotor field oriented control on. Introduced on the basis of (model reference adaptive system, MRAS) method on a model reference adaptive variable structure control, consisting of variable structure model reference adaptive speed observer for speed and position of permanent magnet synchronous motor for online identification. The method chosen for PMSM itself as a reference model, permanent magnet synchronous motor stator flux model as the adjustable model, using two model output error construct a sliding surface, then apply the VSC to find an equivalent speed. The simulation results show that the permanent magnet synchronous motor variable structure model reference adaptive speed observer structure has strong robustness and satisfactory dynamic and static performance.Finally TMS320F2812DSP as the core, completed the design and experiment of the entire system. First, the main circuit and control circuit system is studied and analyzed, and then given the system's software programs, and set up an experimental platform for permanent magnet synchronous motor, the system debugging, the experimental results show that the proper research methods, feasibility and steady velocity estimation accuracy.
