With the rapid development of the national power industry,the domestic electricity meter system is becoming increasingly intelligent,bringing huge convenience to people.However,facing densely populated areas,the current electricity meter system still faces challenges such as limited user numbers,high space occupancy,cumbersome meter reading,and difficult management,making it difficult to meet the functional needs of all populations.In order to improve user experience and solve practical user pain points,the new generation of smart meter integrates the concept of Internet of Things into the system,and the meter system is increasingly integrated and modular.This thesis uses centralized management to integrate a large number of users,and uses smart meter as the underlying sensing unit to undertake more tasks,including basic tasks such as user data acquisition and control,as well as deep level data processing and management tasks.By enhancing the functionality of electricity meters,expanding the number of users,adding remote meter reading,and empowering edge data processing capabilities,the value of multi user electricity meters has been greatly improved.This thesis first discusses the market demand of smart meter,and shows the prospect of the multi-user smart meter system.Then,from the technical point of view,the improvement direction of the smart meter system is discussed to improve the existing single MCU smart meter system scheme.The whole system is divided into three parts: data processing terminal,electric energy acquisition terminal and independent metering module.Through two MCUs,a new centralized multi-user smart meter system is established to enhance the security performance of the system and achieve efficient management.Subsequently,research is conducted based on both hardware and software aspects,with the hardware system focusing on three types of single boards: display communication board,power supply board,and electricity collection board.The display communication board and power supply backplane are single boards controlled by two different STM32 main control chips.The former is responsible for data integration and processing,cooperating with NB Io T and Cat-1 modules for wireless communication,achieving Io T device access,connecting user data and cloud processing platforms,greatly extending the scope of the electricity meter system and strengthening management capabilities;The latter is responsible for power supply while also collecting and controlling electricity through multiple electricity collection boards through film selection,greatly increasing the number of users and adapting to densely populated application scenarios such as schools,residential buildings,and commercial districts.The dual MCU design based on hardware system is divided into two parts in terms of software system,one of which adopts μCOS-II real-time operating system plans tasks such as human-machine interaction,data processing,data encryption,and data communication,and performs multitask management to improve system real-time performance.The other part uses bare boards to control and improve system security and stability.The two software systems are connected to each other through CAN bus to ensure reliability.Finally,a system testing platform is built to conduct testing from aspects such as electricity metering,space occupancy rate,communication power,and power stability.Tests have shown that this system has significant improvements in modular design,system stability and safety,and accuracy of electricity metering.The electricity meter system has high real-time and flexibility,optimizes electricity management,strengthens privacy protection,and is suitable for clustered occasions such as residential areas and schools,with high application prospects.
