Research On The Application Of Lilac Elements In Modern Ceramic Wall Decorations

As an art form in which ceramic materials are used to decorate building facades,ceramic wall decoration has a long history,dating back to the Mesopotamian civilization.With the development of history,the art form of ceramic wall decoration itself has undergone many updates and changes.Behind this transformation,the style of the times and the emotional consciousness of human beings are often revealed.Nowadays,many ceramists are creating out of concern for the alienation between human living space and natural environment,and they apply more ceramic wall decorations with the theme of natural plants and flowers to various spatial places,so as to awaken people’s inner yearning for the natural world.Based on this concept,the author chose lilac flowers as the design element of this ceramic wall decoration.Because of its petite and delicate flowers,elegant color and fragrant smell,lilacs have gradually formed a unique flower language and spiritual characteristics in human history and culture.Lilacs often give people a feeling of resentment and pity,but at the same time they are full of the meaning of innocence in love and hope in life.By deeply observing the external form and growth mode of lilacs,this paper analyzes the image expression of lilacs in literary poetry,and combines the author’s life experience and personal experience of lilacs.Finally,the inner spiritual characteristics of lilacs are expressed through the art form of ceramic wall decoration,which can improve the artistic atmosphere and spiritual value of the space on the one hand;On the other hand,it is also hoped that viewers can reawaken their thinking on the issues of brilliance,life,youth and love from the artistic conception of lilacs in this article.
