In the context of the post-epidemic era,although the new crown epidemic has come to an end,but the A flu is menacing again,people still need disinfection products to stop the spread of the virus.However,there are still some problems in the current disinfection products on the market,such as excessive volume,serious homogeneity of shape,single function and other shortcomings,resulting in poor user experience,low satisfaction,poor effect and other problems.Therefore,this project takes the market demand for cost-effective disinfection products as the research background,and carries out innovative design of portable disinfection products,so as to effectively protect people’s health.This article first conducts a survey of users and analyzes their needs.By combining the analysis results with the tool quality house in QFD theory,the user’s needs can be translated into design elements,so as to clarify the specific direction of the design.Then,the relevant invention principles in TRIZ theory are used to solve the existing contradictions and conflicts.At present,the design and research of portable disinfection products are in the initial stage of development,and the design methods and theoretical systems of portable disinfection products are not perfect.Therefore,this paper studies the pain points of portable disinfection products from the following aspects:(1)A systematic and comprehensive analysis of the design of portable products was carried out to explore the needs of portable products as much as possible.(2)Through the investigation of users and the corresponding demand analysis,the characteristics of portable disinfection products that meet the real needs of users are obtained.(3)In view of the design needs of portable disinfection products,the principles and characteristics of QFD and TRIZ theory are introduced,in which QFD emphasizes the design purpose and TRIZ mainly emphasizes the design means.(4)According to the needs of users,by applying QFD and TRIZ theory to the design of portable disinfection products,the designed portable disinfection products are more reasonable.(5)Apply the previous analysis and theory to the design practice of portable disinfection products,design the scheme through color analysis,modeling analysis,and human-machine analysis,and then use Rhino modeling software and Keyshot rendering software to complete the design of portable disinfection products.(6)Summarize the research content of this topic and look forward to the future development of portable disinfection products.Finally,through the practical scheme,it can be concluded that the products designed using QFD and TRIZ theory can highly match the real needs of users,thereby improving the practicality and market share of portable disinfection products.
