| Online shopping has become a norm in people’s lives, especially among college students, who account for the largest share. This has led to difficulties in delivering on campus, such as students queuing up and difficulties in sorting delivery. With the development of artificial intelligence and unmanned driving technology, unmanned delivery vehicles have entered the campus as a new type of delivery tool.At present, unmanned distribution on campus is in its early stages and has not yet fully formed a complete distribution system with a single distribution content. Therefore,a diversified unmanned distribution service system based on the concept of affective computing is proposed. The system is built using unmanned delivery vehicles and supporting software, providing students with a systematic, secure, and multi demand delivery method. It studies the current situation of affective computing and the development of unmanned distribution vehicles, analyzes the technical policies and development trends of unmanned distribution vehicles, and students as the user group to determine the needs of students.Draw user portraits and user road maps to explore user pain points and opportunities, use touch point analysis to analyze the user touch points during the service period, and integrate the unmanned delivery service system to design the hardware and software of unmanned delivery vehicles. Finally, evaluate the design results from a service perspective and propose optimization ideas. This paper constructs a diversified driver less delivery service platform to solve the existing campus distribution problems.Based on affective computing and campus delivery process research,it integrates the delivery needs of campus users, builds a campus driver less delivery service system, and combines affective computing to improve students’ life experience on campus. |
