Design Of Throat Swab Sampling Equipment In The Post Epidemic Era

With the Case fatality rate of COVID-19 gradually decreasing,the situation of epidemic prevention and control in various regions is also changing.Although the Case fatality rate of the epidemic is much lower than that at the initial stage,some people are still recovering in many areas.Although the demand for sampling and detection in China is greatly reduced at present,another result of the epidemic is that people have a preliminary understanding of throat swab sampling and detection.At the same time,throat swab sampling and detection is not only for COVID-19,it can include virus detection of many respiratory infectious diseases at this stage.For example,respiratory infectious diseases such as influenza A and hepatitis B can be detected through throat swabs.In this study,we consider to design a pharynx swab sampling machine medical equipment,which can detect COVID-19,as well as various respiratory infectious diseases such as A/B flow.The goal is to be able to complete the testing and sampling of various respiratory infectious diseases for any adult at any time throughout the day without human intervention,thereby reducing the time and financial costs of medical treatment.At the same time,if a large-scale respiratory infectious disease similar to the COVID-19 occurs again in the future,it can meet the needs of short-term large-scale throat swab sampling.The main considerations for self-service sampling machines include the following aspects: 1.Whether the appearance of the sampling and testing machine is concise and clear,thereby reducing costs and increasing recognition;2.Is the operation of the machine user-friendly,can it meet the user needs of the elderly and children,and is the operation concise,as well as the interaction process clear and clear.This research will take the old seats of residents in daily life in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province and Hefei City,Anhui Province as the research objects,and finally complete the whole process Service design and the appearance design of the sampling and testing machine through field investigation and questionnaire survey.
