Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,in the information age,in the process of the fourth industrial Revolution,industrial Internet,edge computing technology and information technology of important enterprises are developing rapidly and vigorously.The construction of smart city and digital city further promotes the generation and development of big data.In the face of huge amounts of data transmission and processing,data center as the center of the data,calculation,network,as the time base,a new generation of information a nd communication technology rapid development makes a data center carrier facilities tend to be more hierarchical development,implementation at the edge of the computing technology and a wide range of applications has begun to take shape edge data center,The marginalization of data centers further promotes the rapid and massive establishment and development of data communication base stations.Edge data centers,5 g base station,the small and medium-sized enterprises(smes),small data base station in the office building,computer room in data processing,such as infrastructure within easy to produce large amounts of waste heat,high heat flux and sensible heat ratio is the main characteristic of the internal thermal environment,in guarantee under the premise of saving energy,in a timely manner to eliminate waste heat,to avoid information equipment damage caused by the huge losses it is critical.To make the edge data centers,5 g base station,the small and medium-sized enterprises(smes),small data base station in the office building,computer room in data processing,such as infrastructure within the cooling system of refrigeration system tend to be more miniaturization,precision,energy-saving,frequency and magnitude in this study a cabinet compression refrigeration system,through the experiment and simulation on its performance are studied,two methods content is as follows:(1)The system experiment bench of rack-level frequency conversion compression refrigeration system was built to study the influence of changing the compressor speed on the performance parameters of the system under the condition of constant heat flux and certain load.The results show that when the cooling capacity and air supply temperature are satisfied,the system performance will decrease and energy will be wasted if the compressor speed is increased.(2)The system model of rack-level variable frequency compression refrigeration system was established.The maximum error of the model was8.7% by comparing the experimental value and the simulated value,which verified the accuracy of the model.The operation characteristics of rack-level variable frequency compression refrigeration system under a wider range of working conditions were further predicted by the model.(3)The system performance under different false load(cooling load),different compressor speed and different internal fan speed(evaporator side fan)was predicted by simulation.The optimal COP value of refrigeration system and the corresponding adjustment value of compressor speed and internal fan speed are found under the condition of meeting the requirements of internal air return temperature in the specification.It is expected to draw a conclusion with guiding opinions for practical engineering application.
