Micro gas turbine cogeneration system is combined cooling,heating,and power(CCHP)system with micro turbine which is a small gas distributed energy system.As the core equipment of the system,micro turbine has the advantages of easy start and stop,simple operation,low noise,and so on.The same as large gas turbine,micro gas turbine's working performance is also affected by the ambient temperature.In order to study the operating conditions of the CCHP system in summer high temperature environment with inlet cooling of micro gas turbine,the main work of this paper is as follows.Firstly,this paper summarizes several main forms of natural gas distributed energy system,and introduces the current technology research situation of gas turbine inlet air cooling and jet refrigeration.Then three aspects of the micro gas turbine and jet refrigeration,including structure,working principle and performance are introduced.Secondly,an office building in Qingdao is set as an example,according to the actual survey data of energy consumption based on the maximum rectangle area method to design a set of building micro turbine CCHP system,and introduces the system main equipment selection.According to the building load characteristics,the operation strategy is determined.From the three aspects of system performance,the evaluation index of micro gas turbine cogeneration system is introduced,including energy,environmental objectives and economic objectives.The corresponding mathematical models are established,including energy targets at the energy efficiency of system and energy saving rate,which are mainly focused on system of energy comprehensive utilization degree and energy-saving relative to traditional production of energy supply system.Environmental goals by reducing emissions of carbon dioxide,which is commonly used to analyze and compare carbon dioxide emission reduction degree between the traditional production system and cogeneration system.Economy goal is mainly based on the cost of system operation and the cost of system operation in different working conditions and different inlet air cooling refrigeration mode is analyzed.Then,the CCHP system with coupling jet refrigeration and coupling compression refrigeration is discussed.According to the Qingdao local summer typical day meteorological parameters,micro gas turbine inlet air cooling machine load is analyzed,and calculates the jet refrigeration quantity and compression refrigeration quantity,then compare between two cases of refrigeration and air cooling load.This paper analyzes the difference of inlet-air cooling effect on micro gas turbine including micro gas turbine power output,efficiency and performance of flue gas heat changes.The difference of CCHP system running effect under two refrigeration modes is also analyzed.Finally,coupled injection/compression refrigeration with micro gas turbine CCHP system is compared and analyzed,and then mainly analyzes the static payback time after micro gas turbine inlet air cooling and the performance of trigeneration supply system improvement.
