Abstract/Summary:
The condensed water from boilers in thermal power plants is an excellent supplement for boilers and secondary heating circulation systems,and has important recycling value.Heat can corrode condensate pipelines,causing them to block or even burst,posing a safety hazard.The particle size distribution of solid corrosion particles generated by corrosion in condensate pipelines is closely related to the degree of pipeline corrosion.According to the actual demand,a particle size distribution detection system is designed based on the light blocking method,and experimental research is carried out to verify the feasibility of the system.This system can perform real-time detection of the particle size distribution of condensate,reflect the corrosion status of the condensate system,and ensure the safe operation of the condensate system,which has important research significance.The actual requirements of condensate particle size distribution detection were investigated in depth.Based on the light blockage method,a special particle size distribution detection system for condensate corrosion particles is designed with STM32 as the core unit of data processing.Focuse on designing the light source subsystem,waterway subsystem,photoelectric detection subsystem,and data processing subsystem,and analyzed the performance indicators of each subsystem.The systems is researched in detail.In order to verify the feasibility of the particle size distribution detection system,an experimental platform is built,and the aqueous solution containing silica particles is selected as the experimental sample,and the experimental research is carried out.Firstly,the background noise of the experimental system is measured,and a blank control group experiment is conducted to reduce the impact of interference factors on the experiment.Then the particle size distribution of the standard sample solution is measured by the system,and the error analysis is carried out.Research has shown that the particle size distribution detection system has a particle size resolution of 4μm.The particle size measurement range is 4~52μm.The maximum detection concentration is 2000 pcs/mL,the detection speed is 15mL/min,and the relative error of particle size distribution is less than 10%.The maximum detection concentration is 2000 pcs/mL,the detection speed is 15mL/min,and the relative error of particle size distribution is less than 10%.
