In recent years,the urban renewal rate is accelerating,and the construction solid waste volume is growing fast,but the resource utilization rate is still low.At the same time,highway construction is an important way to achieve the strategic goal of transportation power.The quality of foundation treatment is an important factor affecting the quality of highway construction when the highway passes through the soft soil layer.The traditional cement pile has the deficiencies of high carbon emission and poor economy,while the traditional sand pile has the engineering problems of easy diameter expansion and low bearing capacity.In order to solve the problems of high quality treatment of highway soft foundation and resource utilization of bulk building solid waste,this project proposes to use geosynthetic materials to wrap building solid waste loose material to form reinforced pile for soft soil foundation treatment.Combined with indoor geotechnical tests,theoretical analysis and field tests,etc.,The mechanical characteristics of building solid waste,working mechanism and failure mode of circumferential constrained building solid waste pile,load transfer mechanism and bearing deformation characteristics of circumferential constrained building solid waste pile composite foundation are studied.The results can provide theoretical support for its popularization and application.The main achievements are as follows:(1)Circumferential reinforced building solid waste bulk pile is composed of geosynthetic material sleeve wrapped in building solid waste bulk material,wherein circumferential sleeve can provide lateral constraint,which solves the problem of low bearing capacity and large settlement caused by weak lateral constraint of bulk pile.When the crushing value of concrete solid waste granular material is 22.60%and the maximum dry density is 1.71g/cm~3 and the optimal water content is 8.68%.The internal friction Angle is 40.9°.(2)The uniaxial compression test of solid waste pile in circumferential reinforced building reveals the influence of different factors such as compactness,particle size and tensile strength of geotextile on the strength and modulus of pile.The analysis shows that the pile strength is mainly affected by the tensile strength and puncturing strength of geotextiles.Combined with the failure mode,the calculation method of pile strength of solid waste bulk pile in circumferential stiffened building is established.(3)Through the laboratory model test,the bearing deformation characteristics of solid waste loose pile and its composite foundation of circumferential reinforced building are analyzed.The test results show that the annular reinforced sleeve can greatly improve the bearing and deformation capacity of pile.Compared with the traditional bulk pile,the bearing capacity of solid waste bulk pile in the annular reinforced building is increased by 130.0%,the settlement is reduced by 65.0%,and the pile-soil stress ratio of composite foundation is increased by more than 3 times.(4)Combined with field tests,the bearing and deformation characteristics of solid waste piles in circumferential reinforced buildings are further revealed,and the calculation methods of pile-soil stress ratio and bearing capacity are proposed by comparison.On this basis,the site construction scheme is optimized,and the results can provide a reference for the construction of solid waste loose pile in circumferential reinforced buildings.
