Drilling solid waste is the solid waste produced in the process of oil and gas exploitation and processing. In this paper, from the perspective of resource utilization, drilling solid waste is used as raw material to prepare pavement concrete. In this paper, the mixing ratio and mechanical properties of the concrete used for drilling solid waste road are studied by the test method. The range and influence rule of the mixing ratio of each factor are analyzed by orthogonal test, and the optimal mixing ratio is determined based on the test results.Combined with SEM microstructure and EDX energy spectrum measurement, mechanical properties of drilling solid waste concrete were studied. The main work is as follows:Through three factors and five levels orthogonal test design, the mixing ratio of solid waste concrete was preliminarily designed.By adjusting different water-cement ratio, sand rate and solid waste mixing amount of drilling, the range of mix ratio meeting the requirements of Grade 4 highway construction is determined. The range and variance analysis were carried out on the results of orthogonal experiment to explore the influence of various factors on the mechanical properties of solid waste concrete. On this basis, the optimal concrete design is further optimized, and the optimum mixing ratio of solid waste concrete is determined by experimental method. At the same time, the freeze-thaw cycle analysis of solid waste concrete was carried out,and the experimental research was carried out from the aspect of freezing resistance of concrete. The microstructure of solid waste concrete from drilling was analyzed by SEM scanning electron microscope and EDX energy spectrum, and the influence of the addition of solid waste from drilling on the hydration reaction mechanism of concrete was explored. The main work of this paper is as follows:1.According to the orthogonal results, when the water-cement ratio of concrete ranges from 0.5 to 0.6,sand rate ranges from 45% to 55%,and solid waste content of drilling ranges from 2.5% to 7.5%,it can meet the requirements of Grade 4 highway construction. The order of influence of each factor on 28 d compressive strength of concrete used in drilling solid waste road is: drilling solid waste content(C)> water-cement ratio(A)> sand rate(B).2.When the water-cement ratio of concrete ranges from 0.50 to 0.55,the sand ratio of concrete is 50%,and the solid waste content of drilling is 5.0%,the 28 d compressive strength of drilling solid waste concrete reaches the maximum, which is 37.81 MPa.Determine the optimal mix of solid waste concrete for drilling.3.The water absorption of drilling solid waste will make cement and other materials unable to combine with water to form gelling substances, thus affecting the consolidation ability of cement mortar and concrete strength. The Si/Ca ratio of drilling solid waste concrete is much greater than that of ordinary concrete, and C-A-S-H gel will be formed in the hydration reaction in alkaline environment, which is beneficial to the mechanical properties of concrete. The hydration products of concrete with different dosage were analyzed and the variation rule of mechanical strength was deduced. When Si/Ca was 0.85~1.2,the value range of drilling solid waste was about 4.31%~7.76%.In this case, the hydration products of drilling solid waste concrete were ideal and the mechanical properties of concrete were better.
