Research On Accessibility Of Urban Parks Oriented On Elderly Living Circle

In the context of China’s current deep aging society,it is necessary to study the physical and mental health development of the elderly group from a more comprehensive and detailed perspective.A large part of the daily life of urban elderly groups depends on urban public resources,especially public outdoor spaces such as parks and green spaces.Based on the current model of combining family care combined with community care in China and the physiological characteristics of the elderly group,it is extremely necessary to study the accessibility of urban parks for the elderly group within the scope of the aging living circle.Most of the current research on the accessibility of the elderly group revolves around objective accessibility,that is,traffic accessibility,and this paper attempts to study the accessibility of urban parks in the elderly group from the perspective of a more refined and concrete life circle from the objective and subjective dimensions,namely traffic accessibility and psychological accessibility.Firstly,after combing and summarizing the research background,domestic and foreign research overview,research content and research methods,the overall research ideas and technical routes of this paper were sorted out and determined.Based on the analysis of relevant theories and the importance of urban parks in age-friendly living circles and the scope of age-appropriate living circles of the elderly,the research data are processed and the accessibility evaluation methods and evaluation indicators are determined,so as to form the accessibility evaluation system in this paper.The constituent elements of the evaluation system in this paper mainly include three types of objective evaluation,scale efficiency evaluation,humanistic benefit category,walking walkability evaluation,and five first-level indicators of psychological accessibility evaluation,including seventeen second-level specific indicators.Then,taking Shacheng District of Jingzhou City as an example,empirical analysis was carried out,and a variety of spatial analysis methods and survey statistical analysis methods were used to evaluate the accessibility of urban parks for the elderly based on the evaluation system and various data.The problem summary and corresponding optimization strategies based on the subjective and objective evaluation results are as follows:(1)In terms of age-appropriate traffic accessibility,the problems are mainly reflected in the difference in park scale,poor overall age-appropriate service capacity and poor selectivity in the overall study area,and in the street space and age-appropriate living circle,it is mainly reflected in the large difference in park’s age-appropriate service capacity,the unequal matching of supply and demand of park resources,and the overlap of explicit and hidden blind areas in walking accessibility.In view of the above problems,four strategies are proposed to optimize from the perspectives of park resource investment and scale control,community life circle construction and ageappropriate thinking,increasing the density of park gates and the number of pedestrian road networks,creating a new "aggregation park" and revitalizing the stock space.(2)In terms of psychological accessibility of suitable aging,the psychological evaluation of the satisfaction of the elderly with specific indicators on the way to the park and after arriving at the park is analyzed,and various influencing factors are divided into four categories: basic factors,key factors,charm factors and non-important factors,and the main factors that need to be improved are concentrated in the basic factors,key factors and charm factors.In view of these three types of factors that need to be improved,first of all,combined with the performance of various indicators,they are prioritized for promotion,secondly,each indicator is classified into facility optimization in the reachable distance and facility optimization in the reachable park according to the specific facility content,and the improvement strategy of specific index optimization is given respectively,and finally,considering the main needs of the elderly,this group should be advocated for public participation in the early stage of planning,research and design.
