Zero Carbon "Core" Area—Future Community Design Of Taizhou Huangyan Dongpu In The Post Epidemic Era

If every family is a cell of the entire society,then a community is an important organ composed of multiple cell groups.Under the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic that swept the world,these important unit organs that make up the society exposed the development status quo constraints such as poor resilience,unreasonable scale,imperfect facilities,and imperfect management of the community.For this reason,this paper aims to explore a new community building model,and build a comprehensive,future,resilient future community that people yearn for a better life,To address various issues exposed during the epidemic and meet the well-being of community residents.At the same time,under the guidance of the dual carbon policy proposed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the "Pilot Work Plan for Future Community Construction in Zhejiang Province" issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Government,we conducted planning and strategic research on the second batch of future community pilot projects in Zhejiang Province,Taizhou Huangyan Dongpu Future Community,to ultimately create a community that can integrate energy efficient utilization,reasonable function allocation,strong risk resilience,and rapid information transmission A highly modern future community with convenient living services.The article is divided into six chapters in structure,among which: Chapter 1 is an introduction;Chapter 2 is an introduction to relevant concepts and theories;Chapter 3analyzes the functional requirements in the process of building a future community.At the same time,taking into account the background of the post pandemic era,the dual carbon policy,and the practical foundation of the Dongpu Future Community,Chapter4 clarifies the goal positioning of building a zero carbon "core" area.In Chapter 5,it summarizes and proposes suggestions for creating nine scenarios,hoping to present a comprehensive appearance of diverse integration,mutual tolerance,and harmonious coexistence in the community.Finally,in Chapter 6,the advantages and disadvantages of the study are summarized.The article,as an exploratory study of future community pilot projects in the context of the new era,has certain significance for the flowering and fruiting of future community projects.
