As the driver of the proportional valve,the electro-mechanical converter directly determines the dynamic performance of the proportional valve,so the research on the proportional valve driver is always the research focus in the field of hydraulic technology.At present,the most common electro-mechanical conversion device for proportional valve is proportional electromagnet,but its rotor mass is large and the step speed is slow,which seriously restricts the step response speed of proportional valve.Based on the slow step response of WREE 6 proportional valve,a new type of moving coil electromechanical converter is proposed in this paper,taking the step response time of proportional valve less than 10 ms as the target,the comprehensive performance of voice coil proportional valve and WREE 6 original valve was comparatively studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation,it is proved that the voice coil proportional valve has the characteristic of high frequency response of the original valve of WREE 6,which provides a new idea for the development of the high frequency valve.The main research contents of this thesis are:1、Firstly,verify the rationality of the voice coil motor design in Maxwell,and the correctness of the design of Structure 5(internal magnetic,no iron core,Coil near Shell,permanent magnet segment)is proved.The optimization of the voice coil motor under limited volume is carried out,and the results show that the maximum thrust of the four axial opposed permanent magnet array voice coil motor is 143 N,and the maximum thrust is located in the middle of ± 2.5 mm operating range,thus reducing the thrust fluctuation.2、Through the method of experiment and numerical simulation,the force displacement and force current characteristics of voice coil motor are analyzed.The force displacement and force current curves obtained by numerical simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results,which proves the characteristics of large thrust and high linearity of voice coil motor.3、Through AMESIM simulation,the effect of thrust and moving parts quality on step response speed is analyzed,and it is concluded that the step response speed can be improved with the increase of input thrust,firstly,the minimum opening force of the proportional valve is determined.When the input thrust far exceeds the minimum opening force,the smaller the mass of the moving parts,the faster the speed of the spool,the reduction of spool mass will reduce the step response speed instead.4、Through the analysis of the step response experiments of voice coil proportional valve and WREE 6-path proportional valve under the inlet pressure of 0bar and 100 bar,it was proved that the voice coil proportional valve had the step response characteristics far beyond that of WREE 6-path proportional valve.For example,the step response time of WREE 6-path proportional valve was 16.49 ms and the step response time of voice coil proportional valve was 13.44 ms under the inlet pressure of 0 bar and the displacement of valve core of 100%.The step response time of the voice coil proportional valve with the optimized motor was only 2.2 ms,which met the design requirement of 100% lower step response time of WREE 6-path proportional valve less than 15 ms.
