Construction Research On The Internal Control Of Anhui Electric Power Enterprise

In recent years,the reform of our economic system has achieved great success.The framework of the Socialist market economy has been basically completed.All aspects of our economic system have taken on the characteristics of a market economy and achieved remarkable results.Anhui Electric Power Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Anhui Electric Power)has grown and developed,which makes the company’s internal control difficult.With the introduction of the eight elements of COSO,Anhui Power has adjusted its internal control system,but in application,it still There are certain problems,and there are three major areas that need to be adjusted.Therefore,this paper will use Anhui Electric Power as an example to conduct research on internal control of enterprises.This paper is an inquiry into the optimization of Anhui Electric Power’s internal control system.The article first summarizes the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,etc.,and lays the full-text framework.Secondly,it summarizes the related concepts of internal control,and explores the following.The theoretical foundation has been laid;once again,the current internal control system applied by Anhui Power is evaluated.Although the company has been adjusted based on the eight elements of COSO,there are still some problems.The model points out the problems and proposes the internal control of Anhui.The direction of system optimization,put forward corresponding solutions.Finally,it is proposed to optimize the control environment with the participation of all staff,Optimization of risk response management,and optimization strategies to strengthen internal supervision and management.
