Research On Internal Control Problems And Countermeasure Of State Grid ZH Electric Power Company

The Initiator Committee(COSO)of the United States Anti-False Financial Reporting Committee re-issued the Integrated Framework of COSO Enterprise Internal Control in 2013.On the basis of retaining the original framework and the core concepts of internal control,this edition of the framework puts forward 17 more in-depth basic principles starting from the five elements of internal control,conforms to the economic trend of the times,and has a very good theoretical guiding significance for Chinese enterprises in the stage of globalization.With the requirement of SAC and Ministry of Finance for central enterprises to strengthen comprehensive risk management and build internal control system,as well as the overall promotion of the construction of "three sets and five major" system of State Grid,State Grid ZH Electric Power Company is facing the new situation of organizational change,management innovation and business process optimization.Based on the above background,this paper takes COSO Internal Control-Integration Framework in 2013 as the theoretical basis,and takes ZH Electric Power Company as the research object,introducing the internal control status of the company from the five elements of internal control.Combining with the 17 Principles of 2013 COSO,this paper analyses the problems existing in the company’s internal control,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.In order to provide a reference scheme for the existing problems of internal control of power grid companies.
