With the rapid development of China’s economy in the past three decades,China has become one of the largest energy consumption and carbon emission countries in the world.Under the urgent situation of coping with global warming and increasing carbon emissions,in order to achieve the goal of reducing global carbon emissions in the "International Climate Convention" and achieve China’s high-quality development goals,China announced to the world that "we will strive to achieve carbon emissions by 2030." Peak,carbon neutrality by 2060”.The realization of this "dual carbon goal" is a systematic project,and energy transition is the key path for low-carbon development.Based on the analysis of the trend and factors of China’s energy transition,this paper constructs an indicator system with a modern energy system as the development goal,constructs an anti-entropy weight-TOPSIS combined evaluation model,evaluates and compares the effectiveness of China’s energy transition,and further proposes countermeasures and suggestions.The research results have important research value and practical significance for improving the effectiveness of China’s energy transition and promoting the realization of the dual-carbon goal.Based on previous researches,this paper studies the effectiveness evaluation of China’s energy transition.The main research contents are as follows: 1.On the basis of the background significance of accelerating the energy transition in the context of China’s dual carbon and the existing literature review of energy transition evaluation analysis and strategy discussion,define the dual carbon goal,energy transition and energy transition effectiveness and systematically expounds the basic theory and model method applicable to the research of this paper.2.Based on statistical analysis to explore the development trend of global energy transition,and use this as a reference to further analyze the trend characteristics and influencing factors of China’s energy transition.Based on the principle of index construction and in combination with the strategic development goals of modern energy with new energy as the main body,build an evaluation index system for China’s energy transition from four aspects:clean,efficient,safe and sustainable,and further build anti-entropy power-TOPSIS Evaluate the model.3.Conduct empirical analysis,calculate China’s energy transition effectiveness evaluation index and comprehensive evaluation index from four dimensions from 2010 to 2021,identify the transition stage and compare and analyze the evaluation results.Based on the research results,with clean,efficient,safe and sustainable as the transformation goals,from low-carbon energy supply and demand,efficient utilization of fossil energy,construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body,industrial structure adjustment and optimization,and policy support for sustainability To improve the effectiveness of China’s energy transition,put forward countermeasures and suggestions,and provide scientific criteria for effectively promoting China’s energy transition under the background of dual carbon.The results show that:(1)China’s overall energy transformation path is centered on reducing carbon emissions,with energy security development as the guarantee,greatly reducing the consumption of highly polluting coal and oil,and natural gas as a clean fossil energy has become a short-term alternative to fossil energy.products,and then gradually switch to renewable energy.(2)From 2010 to 2021,China’s energy transition effectiveness evaluation index showed an overall upward trend,achieving a leap from the initial stage of energy transition to the basic transition stage,but there is still much room for improvement compared with the international leading level.(3)Comparing and analyzing the transformation effects of the four dimensions,it is found that the transformation of clean energy has the most outstanding effect,the largest growth range and the fastest growth rate;while the effect of energy security transformation is unstable and should be paid more attention.
