To achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,vigorous development of new energy sources is the only way,among which wind power is a clean power generation method that effectively reduces carbon emissions.Most of the wind turbines are located in remote areas,where the environment is harsh,and the working conditions are complex and changeable,which brings difficulties to the operation and maintenance work.Its condition monitoring and analysis system is an important guarantee for prolonging the life of assets and maintaining the health of equipment.At present,the scale of wind power generation is still expanding rapidly.Different devices from different manufacturers have different monitoring systems,multiple data acquisition interface specifications,and complex communication protocols,which bring inconvenience to the centralized management of wind turbines.It is of great significance to design a standardized wind turbine condition monitoring and analysis system that supports data sharing and information exchange.In this thesis,the research on the condition monitoring and analysis system of wind turbines is carried out.The main works are as follows:First,completed the requirement analysis of the wind turbine condition monitoring and analysis system is finished.The monitoring object of the wind turbine is modeled;the IEC 61400-25 standard and the IEC 61970 CIM standard are analyzed,the mapping from the IEC 61400-25 information model to the IEC 61970 CIM is completed,and the wind farm CIM is finally established.Second,the wind turbine condition monitoring and analysis system is designed.The hardware structure and software structure are given,the database model is constructed,the function of the system is designed,and the interface design is completed.Last,the wind turbine condition monitoring and efficiency analysis system based on B/S architecture is realized,and the deterioration analysis can be completed by benchmarking the deviation of the actual and designed power curve values.Completed the development of data acquisition,communication module,data processing module and user interface.Finally,the effectiveness of the system is verified by taking the online performance analysis of 24 wind turbines in a wind farm as an example.Through the research of the wind turbine condition monitoring and analysis system,the design of the standardized wind turbine monitoring system is completed,which facilitates the monitoring and management of wind farm operation and maintenance personnel,improves the comprehensive management capability of the wind farm,and can provide a reference for the development of centralized remote management system for wind farms in the future.
