With the adjustment and transformation of energy structure, wind power has developed quickly and became one of the main electric power methods.Wind farms generally located in remote areas. Natural environment is harsh.Condition monitoring and performance evaluation of wind turbine is vital to the safety and efficiency.Now, big data is key to drive a new round of technological innovation and has influenced all walks of life. Wind power industry is no exception.This article combined wind turbines monitoring and evaluation combined with big data from SCADA system. According to turbines actual operation data, analyzing the performance indicators of wind turbines, for example, the characteristics of power and wind. This article use data trend analysis for temperature monitoring and vibration monitoring. Using correlation analysis to find implicit relation between two performance parameter. This study provide a new method for wind turbine condition monitoring.In addition, rapid development of wind power lead to the large-scale disorder of commissioning of wind power. Power grid structure construction cannot keep pace with the growth of wind power.The conditions of abandoned wind power caused by power grid is more and more serious.This paper deeply analyzes the main reasons of abandoned wind power, and provide four statistical methods to calculate the quantity of abandoned wind power. Finally, using rotor power coefficient to modify the wind speed based on SCADA data. The difference between the theory wind power and actual wind power can be calculated accurately by this method.
